"It's a surprise that hotel is just steps away to the Chunxilu walking street, it is so easily accessible with good choice of F&B in the nearby vicinity. Places of Interest and Metro station are also within 10 minutes walking distance. Hotel is clean and staff service is helpful and friendly. I am delighted to choose this hotel accommodation for my first trip to Chengdu. Indeed due to the good feeling and experience from my first night stay, I decided to continue my rest of hotel booking with this hotel for the entire period of stay in Chengdu this time round. And I won't hesitate to choose it for my hotel-stay during my second trip to Chengdu later this year. It really left me with very good first impression and memorable experience for Chengdu. "The room was incredibly comfortable, with a minimalist yet luxurious style. The small details really impressed me, like the body lotion provided even in autumn and winter. There was a great selection of coffee and a mini-bar in the room. If you didn't want to watch TV, you could connect to the Bluetooth speaker, listen to music, and enjoy a bath. The view from the window was stunning; you could even see the IFS giant panda with just a glance! The bathtub was also perfect for photos! Full marks, full marks!!!"

"I think the location is the best if you want to go to metro anywhere. Beautiful room, clean and helpful receptionist. If you want to go eat halal food, its right at the chunxi road station. So its the best location for family holidays."

"This hotel has a serene and quiet atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery. The lobby is elegantly designed, and the room facilities are very modern. The WiFi connection is fast, the mattresses are comfortable, and the cleaning is thorough. The floors and countertops are kept clean and tidy. The receptionist, Xiao Wei, provides excellent service. "This new gem of a hotel on Chunxi Road is incredibly modern! It just opened, so I booked a night to try it out and was so pleasantly surprised! The room decor is very contemporary, and the bedding and towels are all brand new, perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm. The location is right in the heart of Chunxi Road, with shopping just downstairs, but the soundproofing on the windows is excellent, so I slept soundly all night. For a new hotel to be this good, it definitely deserves five stars!"

"We stayed for 5 nights and booked 2 rooms. Location: 10/10! The hotel is perfectly located, right next to major attractions like IFS Mall and Taikoo Li. So many options around for shopping and food, we didn’t even need to go far.` Room: Rooms were clean, bright, modern & super cozy. We loved the comfortable beds and minimalist vibe. Only thing missing was a full-size mirror and a proper closet or safe. Just an open rack for clothes. Facility: There's only one elevator, but we never had any issues. The lobby area was such a nice touch — they offer free coffee, tea, candies, and even afternoon snacks with fresh fruits and delicious cakes. Staff were really friendly and helpful! Super responsive on WeChat, and housekeeping came daily to refresh towels and sheets. One small thing to note — there’s no proper drop-off spot, so you’ll need to cross a cycling lane to reach your Didi/taxi."

"The Crowne Plaza is a beautiful hotel with a great location. The breakfast caters for everyone no matter how fussy breakfast requirements are. The gym and pool are a great feature. The staff were very king and friendly, big thanks to Way for his help during our stay."
