This hotel is pretty good. I chose it for my business trip to Chengdu. It's a business-oriented hotel with spacious rooms. The environment is also quite nice, and the hotel's location offers very convenient transportation with a subway station and bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around. The breakfast has a wide variety of options, and the hotel also features a cafe and a mahjong room. The leisure and entertainment facilities are also good. Definitely worth recommending!!!!!!

The place is an apartment-style accommodation. On the check-in day, I couldn’t find the building at first, so I called the staff. They didn’t speak English, but they really tried their best to help. I added their Weixin ID and we communicated through chat instead, which worked well. The room itself was fully equipped — a soft and comfortable bed, washing machine, electric kettle, sofa, and a projector with VVIP membership access to all movies. However, I had some issues with cleanliness. There were still stains on the bathroom walls and furniture, and I found used tissues on the floor and under the table. After the first night, I think I got a few dust mite bites, but it wasn’t too bad — just a mild rash. Overall, everything else was great. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, and I appreciate how helpful the staff were despite the language barrier.

Stayed at Hampton by Hilton Chenghua and had a great experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained. Rooms are comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Breakfast had a nice variety of both Western and Chinese options. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Location is convenient for exploring Chengdu with easy access to transport. Overall, very good value for money—I’d definitely stay again.

Very well designed and kept place. The view is brilliant. There isn't much space but with the available space they have done really well. The reception staff was very helpful and polite. The location is really good especially if you plan on using the subway, however it may be difficult to find when you first come because it's in between a street so the building isn't standing apart.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel on Trip.com late at night, just hoping for a place to crash. To my surprise, the front desk attendant was incredibly patient when I arrived. Seeing me with a big suitcase and looking exhausted, she proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor and even thoughtfully prepared hot tea. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast the next morning had a great variety and tasted delicious. What touched me most was at check-out; I was rushing for my train, and the front desk had already prepared my invoice and packed a souvenir for me, handling everything calmly and efficiently. This unexpectedly great experience completely wiped away my fatigue from the business trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The receptionists and staffs are really friendly and helpful during my stay making this extremely memorable. One time disposable towels and slippers are my favorite amenities in this accommodation!

I was so lucky to stay in the same hotel as my idol – the atmosphere was incredible! A special shout-out to Jasmine, who was attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, always warm, meticulous, and incredibly caring. Her service was truly heartwarming! Jasmine is not only beautiful and cool, with amazing style and elegant temperament, but also gentle and generous. She took exceptional care of me, providing thoughtful and detailed service, and was always there to help with any request immediately. It was genuinely heartwarming. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and transportation is super convenient with a subway entrance right outside. It's also very close to the airport, making it incredibly easy to get to and from the concert. The check-in experience was excellent! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my fellow fans and travelers!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Kuanzhai Alley and is within walking distance, though it might be a bit of a trek if you have very young children. It's conveniently located to all the major attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The room was clean, and the service was good. There's also parking available. The only downside was that there was construction happening next door during our stay, but we were informed beforehand that it was a municipal project.

As long as guests requested it, they would ensure our room was thoroughly cleaned, and they even offered a small panda gift! The hotel also has a robot service, and the buffet restaurant on the 30th floor offers excellent city views. The hotel's central location near popular attractions makes it extremely convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. There's also a laundry room on the 29th floor, and the auntie there is very friendly and even helps with laundry! A truly fantastic experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel's overall environment design is excellent, with lush gardens and water features surrounding the rooms. A morning stroll is incredibly refreshing, and the ecosystem is thriving. Soaking in the hot springs while listening to birdsong is truly relaxing.
Regarding the facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, with good quality bedding and towels. There's a wide selection of pillows, and the hot springs are radon-rich, leaving your skin feeling smooth – I heard it's great for your skin. There's also a fairly large play pool in the hot springs area that kept the kids entertained for ages, so much so that we didn't have time for any other activities. The breakfast quality is also very good.
As for the service, a butler contacted me even before my arrival to ask about any special requests. The hotel's service is very flexible; they try their best to accommodate guests' needs and enhance their experience, as long as it doesn't disrupt hotel operations. Since fewer people were using the hot springs due to the hot weather, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, allowing me to enjoy a very comfortable soak.

Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!
