The hotel is old and dated but my room was awesome - with a smart toilet too, and I would like to thank the kindly housekeeping staff , Li Qiaoyun, for her attentive service. The check in staff gave me plenty of tips for good Quanzhou food and it’s helpful. Will be happy to stay in Quanzhou Hotel if I come by again.

Booked 2 suites rooms for my family in 1 booking but was given 2 rooms at different level. Each level is only accessible by room card which made it rather in convenient for us. Would give service full mark if Staff take finer details into consideration when allocating the rooms rather than just brush it off. Breakfast was pretty good and room is quite new.

This hotel was definitely up to standard. The location was convenient, and the hotel was easy to spot from a distance. We booked the hotel's breakfast buffet, and there was a wide range of food, there was a customisable soup station too. 😄 Inside the room there were LOTS of facilities like toys and toothbrushes. At times we thought that room was a little overfilled. 😂 At night there was even a complementary dessert delivered to every room. This hotel is a rare find, and a great family friendly place. We would definitely recommend this hotel to tourists looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Donglu Tianqingshe GuesthouseQuanzhou became renowned worldwide starting from the Song Dynasty. Drawing inspiration from the charm of the Song Dynasty, Tianqingshe blends into the ancient city, which has been listed as a World Heritage Site for thousands of years, presenting the most beautiful aspects of Quanzhou to every friend who comes to visit, tours around, and loves Quanzhou. There are "Three Wonders" in the ancient city of Quanzhou. The first is about sightseeing, appreciating the unique features of the ancient city; the second is about the taste, embarking on a culinary journey on the tip of the tongue; the third is about the atmosphere, the "murmur of daily life" that still lingers in the streets and alleys above the ancient ruins. These "Three Wonders" embody the original intention of Tianqingshe to ensure that every friend can have a wonderful time in Quanzhou. Located within the ancient city, it is a great place to "sightsee" the ancient city. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the Temple of Guan Yu and Yue Fei, 8 minutes to the Confucian Temple of Quanzhou Prefecture, 10 minutes to Chengtian Temple, 18 minutes to the Bell Tower on West Street, and 25 minutes to Kaiyuan Temple. Moreover, authentic Quanzhou delicacies such as rice noodle paste, beef dishes, pickled pork, peanut soup, etc., waft their enticing aromas from the alleys adjacent to Tianqingshe.Starting from Tianqingshe, you can witness that the residents living in this millennium-old ancient city are still leading their lives in their own way. It seems that the passage of a thousand years has paused here and never really left. This is the most typical "murmur of daily life" in Quanzhou.Every friend staying at Tianqingshe will be presented with a hand-drawn travel map by the local boss, which serves as a guide to avoid pitfalls in terms of dining, entertainment, shopping, and other aspects.
Very pleased with the hospitality and environment. The location is at a quiet alley but it’s very near to touristy places. Breakfast was good too. Highly recommended.

The rooms are new, the location is good, and the service is excellent. There's a washing machine and dryer on the first floor. We traveled during the Qingming Festival, and the owner thoughtfully provided umbrellas when it rained heavily. Although there's no breakfast, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and Zhongshan Road is within walking distance.

This was our favourite stay during our 8-day Fujian trip. It has two separate rooms with two separate bathrooms, which was perfect for me and my parents. The entire stay was fuss-free and felt very homey. Great location and very clean rooms!

My first stay at Atour was a fantastic experience. When we arrived at the hotel, staff helped us with our luggage, which was really helpful for our family with a baby and lots of stuff. The bed and pillows were just right, very comfortable for sleeping. The best part was the laundry service! You can have staff wash and dry your clothes, then deliver them to your room! This means even if you're only staying one night, you can get your dirty clothes cleaned without having to wait around for them yourself.

Loved our stay here! The location is perfect — right at West Street, super convenient to explore around. The room was beyond expectations: spotless clean, quiet, with an electric toilet bowl, Dyson hair dryer, and even small touches like a heat pack and eye mask. Bed was so comfy too! We got a free upgrade to a bigger room with a bathtub — such a nice surprise. Staff were super friendly and helped with luggage and local tips. Definitely one of the best stays in 泉州!
Love the warmth given by the innkeepers. Being invited to join the local culture of tea drinking (or tea sipping) from morning until night is such a fun time for us. We got to chit chat, exchange knowledge and cultures. Love it. Will revisit.
The hotel is located in a central prime location in a busy but relatively quiet side street, very convenient and close to everything you ever need. Plenty of attractions, restaurants, cafes and places of interest all within walking distance. We had a fantastic time here in Quanzhou with superb and hospitable weather all through the week, no withstanding the taiphoon passing nearby. The facilities are modern, even an inhouse cafe/ restaurant which provides prompt services with near perfect tasty food and drinks. The room service on the low desk in the room made it the best and most memorable dining experience we had during the mini honeymoon. See the photos attached. The staff esp the reception, even the cleaners, went out of the way to attend to every needs and request from us, always with a smile and highly professional disposition. I personally saw how they handled a particularly difficult client with such grace and calmness, which settled the impasse pretty promptly. I saw the client a few days later who was full of smiles, satisfaction and appreciation of the level of comfort and services she received. I couldn't have been happier the 4 days staying and could have extended more days had there been rooms available. But I promise to return when the first opportunity avail itself. The only suggestion I can give is to make the slippery floor in the toilet more slip resistant. Perhaps with some thin layer of anti slip mat whenever requested by more senior clients like me. I was extra careful going in and out each time, as the water ponded easily there .
Had a comfortable stay at this hotel! It is well situated at a convenient location with a 15mins stroll to the nearby mall. Facilities were well equipped, room was clean and breakfast was ample. It was sweet that they served fruit plate and dessert to my room during the evening. They have their own huge spa centre around the corner, though I only discovered it at the end of my sta. At the same time, the individually operated massage place at the hotel lobby was just as convenient. Highly recommended if you are staying in Shishi!
There is a lot of eateries around the area, however it is not easy to find the accomodation as it is within a alley. Rooms are big and homely. There is also simple breakfast provided and service is very good. The host helped us carry the luggages up the staircase. Nice place, thank you for the wonderful stay.
This is my favourite city in my trip of 6 cities. This is located inside Yuanhe 1916 Creative Park. It's a very nice place with great location, near to most major attractions. I enjoyed my stay greatly because the amenities was great, it's relatively clean, but most importantly the staffs are helpful without being intrusive. The dorm room comes with attached bathroom, which is cleaned daily. I love the vibe of this hostel even though it's the lull season, not crowded. I almost wanted to extend my stay.

There are many rooms on the first level. The room for two is a little squishy but the family rooms have one larger room for three. Comfortable stay. There is a washing machine that's really helpful. Would be helpful to have some hooks in the rooms.
