"As a family of 4 we had an amazing stay. It was my wife’s birthday and Melvin from the front desk had organised to send up a cake. We loved the spaciousness of the room, the location and the very comfortable beds. The cleaners were amazing and made our stay wonderful, they made us feel happy and relaxed during our time. The pool was massive and really lovely. Across the road there is a mall with a range of food options. We thank Melvin and Carmen and the wonderful cleaners for their warm hospitality and generous service during out stay!"

"Great location for those who want to stay close to the city center — a park and a metro station are both nearby. The staff is very friendly, and the service is excellent for any request. The downside is that there were smoking rooms next to ours, and the smell of smoke constantly came into our room through the ventilation. The soundproofing is also quite poor. Overall, a very good value for the price."

"Our stay at CityNote has exceeded expectation. Service is very good. There are only 2 family room and 1 of them is larger. Hotel accomodated the request to change room when there is availability. Their room also came with some free movie that kept the kids entertained. Location is next to metro exit. 7-11, McD, subway is just downstair. Breakfast, afternoon tea & supper is included and variety is acceptable. Love their coffee, it’s rich, aromatic and served all day."

"Stayed at this hotel for our New Year’s Eve trip to Guangzhou. The location of the hotel is very good and central. We were welcomed by Hans at the front desk who helped to check in for us. He was friendly and polite. the room that we initially got had some smell of smoke from previous guest probably. I went back to the reception and he helped to change and upgrade our room to a much better room on a high floor which was much appreciated. The breakfast wide variety of the hotel breakfast was also nice so there was much to choose from. I especially liked the tea section as there were lots of different teas (including flower teas) to choose from. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for tourists visiting Guangzhou."

"An absolutely fantastic hotel! The environment is great, and the decor is beautiful. I was lucky enough to stay on their opening day, and the hotel even gifted a lovely welcome bouquet and a fruit platter. **Service:** Angel at the front desk proactively added me on WeChat and was available to communicate and resolve any issues I had throughout my stay. Her attitude was excellent, truly commendable. **Hygiene:** Housekeeping definitely needs more training. The cleaning process for extended stays and the delivery of amenities need improvement. Also, the public restrooms sometimes ran out of toilet paper, but I can understand this as typical growing pains for a new hotel. **Front Office:** Both the concierge and front desk staff were great – proactive, professional, and very enthusiastic. **F&B:** ... The breakfast display was nicely arranged. **Environment:** The hotel's location is very convenient, a quiet oasis in a lively area. Being brand new, there was no strong renovation smell, which was a huge plus. This is definitely a hotel I'd choose again on my next visit. The only slight disappointment was the lack of a laundry room and room service robots, which was a bit inconvenient. I hope the owners address this soon."

"Enjoy the hotel stay and location is fantastic. We arrived about 2pm n the reception is kind to give us 3 room out of the 5 rooms for us to rest n put our luggages. She also tried to give us same floor as much she can help. The room is clean n nice . A separate shower room n toilet is great . Good hair dryer in the room for the ladies 😊. Nice n comfortable bed too. There are many restaurants n small eateries, and shopping in Beijing road ."
