"Superb location, all the main attractions are a short distance away, and if you are not able to walk, there’s the Seville metro Station which connects to Sol station and three different lines. Very comfortable apartment, nice size for two people, fully equipped with all utensils, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry detergent is available from the front desk, scourer, cloth and two dishwasher tablets are provided. Easy to arrange taxi for early pickup through front desk. No sound from the neighbouring rooms, however there is a lively bar across the street which is busy Thursday into weekend but this is minor. Excellent choice for a reasonable price in Madrid. Realised i didn’t take many pics, but happy with accommodation."

"The building has long heritage, the owner has done a wonderful job restoring it to a modern hotel. It was a very good balance of old heritage vs new decor/amenities/cleanliness. Great location with easy access to metro stations, restaurants and tapas bars. Only 30min from the airport. We booked a superior room and got upgraded to a suite. The decor of the suite was amazing"

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay in Crowne Plaza Centew Retiro. Few min walk to Metro. Ginos restaurant and VIPS restaurant are opposite to the hotel and closed at midnight. The junior suite was great with a King bed and a double sofa bed which are big enough for a family of 4. The hotel provided welcome drinks and snacks in the bar. Free Illy coffee capsules and cookies in the room. The minibar in the junior suite was fully stocked and complimentary. All staff are friendly and nice. Thanks Nuria Pastor and your team for the arrangement which made our journey so special. We would definitely recommend our friends to stay here. The hotel was connected with Voco. We also booked buffet breakfast in Voco hotel with kid price EUR15 and Adult EUR 19. Great variety of food and drinks.

GGuest UserBit hard to get to/from the airport they do have shuttle services but its a lil tricky navigating the site plus they are only available between certain hours of the day. Its in the middle of nowhere. Just industrial area and other hotels. Which forces you to dine in, breakfast is decent, but dinner was bad. Feel like the food in general is cheap, but charged at a premium. Poor quality ingredients for what you are paying for. I dont expect a mcchicken burger at 18euro. I expect a real chicken breast. Not mechanical blended meat. Other than that the place is actually really nice. Im a fan of that Scandinavian minimal look. Next time i would actually still stay here but just taxi to a nearby restaurant or uber eats some nicer food instead of dining in. Staff were lovely and helpful. Decent gym too. They need slightly heavier weights but you can get a good work out with thats there. I may of got swindled as I ordered a double and they put the singles together. I didnt want to make a fuss but look out for that.

GGuest UserA surprisingly nice experience. I stayed in a mixed room for 8. Everyone was quiet and neat. The bathroom and toilet is very clean. The staff Arecia was very friendly. I’d stay again.

LLovelyCnThis hostel offers a very good balance between price and quality. The room, bathroom, sheets, and towels are clean. The location is very central, yet it is completely quiet on the third floor. Check-in may be complicated for non-Spanish-speaking guests, as you do not receive any information prior to arrival. Shampoo and shower gel are provided. The air conditioning is new and works very well. This place opened in 2023.

GGuest UserGood location near metro and within 30 minutes walk from Atocha and Sol. The check in was smooth. The hostel was clean in general. The dorm was clean and spacious. The airbed wasn't as bad as expected. Wifi worked well. I can recommend Hostel Acasias.
