GGuest User5 minutes walk along SkyWalk to Hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast selection. They have an ‘egg chef’ waiting for your order. Nice room (5th floor) with plenty of space. Comfy bed. Nice big TV. Good hot water for shower.

GGuest UserExceptional positive experience with friendly helpful staff from check-in to breakfast. So close to terminal 5 Heathrow, just easy walking distance. Comfortable beds, nice gym and spa. But what was remarkable was the positive vibes from all the staff. Sure the decor isn't the newest but everything is clean and good. Will stay here again.

GGuest UserHilton kensington, Absolutely loved my stay at the Hilton Kensington! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the neighborhood, with Gloucester Road Station directly in front of the hotel, making it extremely convenient to explore London. Shops, restaurants, and other attractions are all within easy reach. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, and the hotel facilities, including the gym and lounge areas, were top-notch. I especially appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for resting and recharging. The attention to detail and high level of customer service truly made this stay memorable. I would highly recommend Hilton Kensington to anyone visiting London, whether for leisure or business. I moved the desk infront of the window and the hotel were okay about that. Loved my stay ❤️

GGuest UserOne night stay at heathrow after a flight. Emailed hotel the night before to ask for a nice view as it was my brothers birthday treat and he loved watching the planes. Had already booked a runway view room but some are on lower floors so more restricted. On arrival at the hotel they had upgraded us to a suite which was a really lovely gesture however we had booked a twin and the suite was a double. We asked for the sofa bed to be made up. After 4 visits to reception and a 5 hour wait, housekeeping finally made up the sofa bed. By this point we were extremely tired as we'd had a really long day so it did damper our experience a little. The birthday cake and note in the suite were a lovely touch. With the upgrade, we were given access to the executive lounge which has a great view over the runway to watch the planes. Drinks available all day with alcohol in the evening and canapés. Unlike every other executive lounge ive been to, the canapés were served plated to your table which seemed a little strange and also made the service very slow as the lounge was full. Also meant there was a higher level of wastage as people didnt want some of the selection. Based on this visit, I wouldn't book a room for the lounge access. There are much better hotels at the airport with better lounges if that's what your looking for. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Again, great view of the runway. Aircon wouldn't go below 20 which was a little annoying with how warm London is at the moment. Great selection at breakfast. Friendly staff. Delicious food. I would stay here again but wouldn't worry about access to the executive lounge as that was disappointing.

GGuest UserI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room. The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring. Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car. I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.

GGuest UserStayed here for 3 nights on a recent trip. Nice room with two big double beds. Shower is great but the bath is really shallow so not ideal if you like a nice soak. Good WiFi, big TV, fridge in the room etc. Breakfast is excellent. Great selection. Coffee could be better. I wouldn't expect a hilton property to use cheap coffee machines with powdered milk instead of fresh. Location is great. There is the usual hoppa bus to the terminals for £7 or you can walk for 4-5 minutes to Hatton Cross and take the subway train for free to all the terminals (just use a contact less card to get through the barriers).

GGuest UserLocation is near walking distance to Hounslow Central tube station. Many outlets for eating and groceries shop , close to Hounslow high street. The whole guest house is quite clean , spacious , modernised and eye catching decorations. I booked for the cheapest a small single room with shared bathroom, even that the room has many things to offer - a small fridge with a free water bottle, a kettle with tea/ coffee and a biscuit warmly welcome showing hospitality, a safe , a hairdryer , hangers and wardrobe, a double fan ! Bedside switch and both usb and sockets close to bed . Bed is comfy and nice pillows .A flat TV ( sometimes signals are not very good but at least easy to browse and watch )and free WiFi . There is a bigger fridge and a microwave and sitting area downstairs . There is a free car parking which is really a bonus for us and also quite spacious and for at least 12-14 cars and has some shades from trees. The reception and staff are very helpful and kind .I have appointment at 10 in the downtown travel with underground over 1 hr + walking time 15-20 mins and unfortunately there were triple booked at 10 am and a long wait made me come back late by 12:25 but kindly allow to keep my car till I come. All in all, I booked another date in November to come back .

The only thing was they didn't have water filter in each floors only at the reception which was a bit inconvenient but other than that everything was great. Location was ok as we had to take bus to reach nearest tube station. The distance was not walkable to be honest specially with kids or elderly people. 5-6 bus stops to be precise. Overall I liked my stay here.
