After reading previous reviews, I was half-worried and half-excited before arriving in Jeju, but the accommodations were surprisingly good, so I'm leaving this lengthy review.
First of all, I'm grateful that they assigned me a room on a mid-floor floor, close to the elevator.
I opened the card key provided by the first-floor reception and was immediately impressed by the spacious room and bathroom. There was ample space to spread out my suitcase and other luggage, and I also appreciated the TV monitor right in front of the bed. There were also plenty of charging outlets, so I could charge my phone whenever I needed!
There's no soap in the bathroom, so it's a good idea to bring your own disposable soap or other items. The rest of the room is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, rinse, and other amenities, making this a truly satisfying stay.
The first-floor reception and lounge have vending machines stocked with cup ramen and other amenities. So, if you forgot to bring your own supplies or just want a quick bite, you can purchase them at the vending machines.
In addition, they have various practical guidebooks for traveling in Jeju, so it would be nice to check them out when you're bored or have some free time. There's also a cafe next to the building that opens and closes early. I didn't use it, but I think it's worth a visit if you have extra time.
Of course, public transportation is also convenient.
You can take a direct bus from the airport to Jeju City Hall, and the nearby bus stop offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, and other delicious options (there are tons of local favorites). You can come and stay comfortably! I guarantee it!
I'd love to stay here again next time I visit for travel or business :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The rooms were modern, nicely decorated, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful although the couldn’t speak English throughout my stay. Price quality is good

There's a gym on the fourth basement floor (B4) and a restaurant on the second floor, though I didn't get to try the latter as I woke up late. Transportation is very convenient, with a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance. There are plenty of dining options nearby, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious, and the sky view from the window was stunning. The TV offered 300 channels. Daily cleaning, complimentary bottled water, a fridge, and bathrobes were all provided.

The hotel's front desk service was really nice. They gave us two adjacent rooms on a high floor as requested in our notes and even let us check in early before 3 PM. The room facilities show their age a bit but were very clean. The balcony view is beautiful, and there are many seagulls along the shore below. There's a supermarket and convenience store nearby. It's also within easy walking distance to Chilseong-ro and Dongmun Market. I recommend staying here.

It's the best value for money. The staff is friendly and the owner is really kind. It's not for nothing that it has such a high rating. The bathroom was remodeled and really clean. The water pressure is amazing. The shower was really refreshing. It's not like a high-end hotel, but it's good value for money.

This area is in the old town, and there's really nothing around. The hotel itself is quite old, with outdated facilities. The toilet flush was very weak, almost useless. The casino downstairs was closed and won't reopen until after March. The room was also very small. It seems like they mainly cater to budget tour groups.

The hotel is old, but it’s still well functioning. The room is spacious, they do not have floor heating, but they do provide a small heating device, it still enough to keep you warm for the winter. The location and the price are the highlights, cheap and near the airport. i would recommend this hotel for a budget night before your flight!

The hotel's location was quite good. An elderly gentleman was at the front desk, and check-in was incredibly simple and quick, completely hassle-free. We got checked in in no time! It was already early morning when we arrived, and the elderly gentleman was still at the front desk.

Great location, very close to Shilla Duty Free! The front desk staff speak Chinese and are very helpful; they even upgraded our room. Breakfast was decent, and there's parking available in the back. (P.S. The Chinese restaurant directly opposite the hotel is just okay... wouldn't recommend it.)

Amazing
GGuest UserIt’s an amazing place stay, ocean view over window every room. Floor heat make a cozy room. Feel safe and warm. Further more, if you’re into ocean side walk along the trail walking path right down the hotel. Very convenient to all sightseeing and the host is very friendly and warm welcoming us for the first time visiting Jeju island. Thank you for everything~ love this hotel very much.
AAnonymous User【Convenient Location】Getting here from the airport is easy: just take bus 600/601 for three stops and walk a short distance. A taxi is also affordable, probably around 20-30. There's a shuttle bus back to the airport; I didn't ask for the schedule, but we happened to see one at 8:50 AM that was scheduled to depart at 9 AM. Public transport, convenience stores, and restaurants are all easily accessible. While it's not as bustling as the area near Shilla Duty Free, it’s a convenient 10-15 minute walk from the hotel to get there every day.
【Facilities】The hotel might be a bit older, but it's very clean and tidy. Everything is provided except for toothpaste and toothbrushes, and they give you two bottles of water daily. The slippers are a bit thin, and they weren't replaced during our extended stay, but you can ask the front desk to send housekeeping. The outlets on the desk are compatible with Chinese plugs, so no adapter is needed.
The only drawback might be the bathtub; it’s only partially enclosed, so water tends to splash out when you shower. From a standard room facing the airport, you can watch planes take off and land.
【Service】Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and professional. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, and the cleaning ladies always greeted us with a smile. Housekeeping was very quick and polite when delivering items!
I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.
GGuest UserThis place is an absolute must-stay and was a wonderful surprise! When booking, definitely request a high floor with a sea view. Jeju Island doesn't have many high-rises, so the view from the top floor here was truly spectacular. From the window, watching the distant sea, sunrises and sunsets, and planes fly past was absolutely fantastic. Dining options in the vicinity are good; though not as plentiful as a central business district, they are perfectly sufficient. Shopping is a short bus ride away (just a few stops), but the overall stay experience was much more comfortable. Plus, the buffet breakfast is excellent with a great variety of choices.
XXiaofeiThis was my second stay here. It's right in the city center, only a 5-minute walk from Baojian Road. If you turn left when you exit, you'll see a CU convenience store right at the intersection, which is super handy. The front desk staff were very thorough in explaining everything. The room was clean and tidy, and it offers great value for money. Perfect for travelers!
SSuetWeiKeeI stayed at Maison Glad Jeju for 4 days and 3 nights, and overall it was a pleasant experience.
• Surprise discovery: I didn’t realize the hotel also has a casino attached until my airport driver mentioned it.
• Front desk service: Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, staff were friendly, and they spoke English very well.
• Room quality: The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
• Convenience: There’s a convenience store inside the hotel, though it’s not open 24 hours.
• Parking: We received a parking allowance for our rental car, which was very helpful.
✨ Overall: A good stay with friendly service, comfortable rooms, and useful amenities. I’d recommend it for travelers looking for a convenient base in Jeju.
AAnonymous UserI had an early flight the next morning so I needed to leave very early. I looked for hotels near the airport and found this one to be quite cost-effective. The environment was just average, and it was crowded. You didn't even need a key card for the elevator; you could come straight up from the parking lot. The service was also so-so, but for the price, it was pretty good. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby. The main thing is that with kids, I didn't have to worry about them falling off the bed. Parking is free. If you're looking for a good value hotel near the airport for your last night, this could be a good option for a one-night stay. Overall, it's decent.
OOuranzuigeiliThe hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center and very close to the duty-free shop. The room we booked was spacious and had a large balcony overlooking Jeju city and the sea. Do note that the room doesn't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, and the lighting is a bit dim. Overall, it's pretty good, mostly catering to Chinese guests, and the front desk staff can speak a few words of Chinese.
JJyrgalI booked a Udo Island day trip and found this hotel was within the pick-up/drop-off range, so I chose it. The facilities are quite comprehensive, though you need to bring your own toiletries. As for cleanliness, the balcony was quite dusty. The natural light was decent. They don't change the duvet when cleaning in the morning, but if you can live with these things, it's fine. Check-in and check-out are both self-service. If you're not sure how to do it, you can scan a QR code for instructions, or find the front desk staff who speak English and are very helpful.
EElena18Great big room, air conditioning worked well. There is tea and coffee in the room. The mattress was a bit soft for me. Who came up with breakfasts until 9.00?!!!! People are on vacation. Breakfasts are good. There is a swimming pool with a view on the roof. There is a street with cafes and bars two minutes from the hotel. There is also a 7/11 there. Another 2 minutes and there will be a beach. There is a cool tiny bar with good music on the street with the hotel, very soulful
66laoshiThe area is small, the service and sanitation environment are good, the location is near Wudaokou, adjacent to Dream Building and Emart, and the transportation is convenient. There are waiters who can speak Chinese, and communication is barrier-free.
When I booked a room on Ctrip, there was a prompt asking what I needed. I chose to pick up the airport, and the webpage passed quickly, but when I arrived, I called the hotel and replied that the hotel had never had an airport pick-up service. It appears that there is something wrong with the system.
