"Exceptional stay—spotless rooms, warm and attentive staff, and a perfect location close to everything we needed. The amenities were well-maintained, breakfast was fresh and varied, and every detail felt thoughtfully prepared. Truly an unforgettable experience that we’d gladly return to."
"Located not too far from Jeju airport. There’s a convenient store 7-11 next door. Hotel is clean and provide buffet style breakfast. No oral kits will be provided. For those driving, this hotel provide free parking at basement level and also outdoor parking area which is nearby to the hotel (2-3mins walk). Highly recommended for those coming to Jeju for holidays."
"The hotel was easily accessible on foot from various bus stops and located near many restaurants. It also seems to be adjacent to a nightclub district but the area was still quiet the time I travelled (late summer 2025). The room was clean and renovated in a modern way, and the window view was nice! Sometimes the checkout counter is unstaffed and ringing the bell doesn't bring anyone to the counter, but otherwise the staff are helpful and friendly. They allowed me to store luggage before check-in on the day of my arrival!"
"Because I was going to Hannah Mountain the next day, I temporarily found a closer hotel.
Entertainment facilities in the lobby, washing machine!
The room is very big, but the health is not very good.
The wash basin smelled strange, and the towel smelled bad.
Induction cookers are provided, but no cooking tools, no refrigerator...
There's a pair of unknowing jeans in the closet.
No drinking water provided on the first day of stay
(When I thought I didn't.
The next day, two bottles of water appeared, plus clean and smellless towels...."
"Loved our short stay! Seamless check in. Accessible by public transport. Spacious, clean, quiet. Close to convenient store. Would love to stay here again."
"The room is spacious and clean, but some of the furnitures are quite old. We love that we can watch YouTube and Netflix on the TV. Location is quite good, right behind a bus station and close to a few convenience stores."
"I like the location it is near from airport and shopping street. The room is fair and comfortable with warmer. Recommend for travelers who have small budget."

Amazing
GGuest UserIt’s an amazing place stay, ocean view over window every room. Floor heat make a cozy room. Feel safe and warm. Further more, if you’re into ocean side walk along the trail walking path right down the hotel. Very convenient to all sightseeing and the host is very friendly and warm welcoming us for the first time visiting Jeju island. Thank you for everything~ love this hotel very much.
GGuest User“This guest house was really clean and very close to the sea, and the staff were incredibly friendly. If I visit Jeju again, I will definitely stay here again.” Thanku guys🫶🏻
GGuest Useroverall a very fuss-free stay, concierge staff were friendly and could speak and understand english with relative ease. hotel is at a great location with a convenience store right beside the hotel lobby. there is free hotel parking as well!
GGuest UserGood location and very convenient. Hotel is located in the same building as the LOTTE shopping mall. Lobby staff were very friendly and polite and helped us to press the elevator every time. Very good service. Room was clean and the facilities and amenities were good. Bed was comfortable and TV was working. Nice kettle and teas. Shampoo, shower gel, and lotion were very good and had a good smell. Toilet comes with a bidet and works well. Bedroom slippers, bathing towels, hand towels, bathrobes were provided. Room service was good and tidy. Highly recommend this hotel!
GGuest UserMy elderly mum and me had a wonderful stay at Maison Glad, the hotel is a big property, there are two wings whereby my aunt and cousin stayed at another wing. We got a corner room and it was very spacious with two double beds. The toilet was equipped with standing shower and bath tub. It was a relief for us as we preferred standing shower as our legs were not that good to climb into the bath tub. The hotel breakfast is international style and there are different fruit drinks to choose. The hotel lobby has a cafe selling bakery and coffee, we spent our leisure there in afternoon too. Hotel staff are all very friendly and polite. The hotel location is very convenient diagonally across Shila duty free shop and many restaurants.
GGuest UserOverall a pleasant hotel in a good location and near airport. Front desk staff are helpful but lack of English speaking skills. A good choice for traveler to Jeju. Recommended.
AAnonymous UserCheck in at 6th floor. The room and bathroom were spacious and rather clean. The electric blanket worked well and was necessary for subzero weather. Wifi worked well.
