We had the problem that we booked for the wrong dates. But the guy at the reception was so kind that he changed it for us and he speaks a little English which is rare in Mexico. The room is also clean, comes with a TV and a great air conditioner and the bathroom is solid for this price. Would definitely come again.

Kavia Plus Cancun lived up to our expectations for the price. The room layout is a bit unusual, with the balcony facing inward, but I had seen the photos beforehand, so I was prepared. The staff were friendly, always kept the room clean, and made sure there was always water. No problems at all. The location is convenient for exploring the area. Overall, a good value stay and we would recommend it for travelers on a budget👍

This hotel is located in downtown Cancun. The room was clean and came with a refrigerator and amenities such as shampoo and body soap. However, at night, loud music starts playing from the bar next door and continues until around 7am. You can still hear the noise even with the windows and doors closed, so it may be bothersome for those who cannot sleep unless they are in a quiet environment. There are many restaurants, travel agencies, laundries, etc. around the hotel. The area is well-lit even at night, so it is safe and easy to walk around.

Hotel is in a good area, close to lots of restaurants, tourist information and markets with street food. The area felt very safe to walk alone at night. The hotel pool was amazing! Lots of seating and big enough that it never felt crowded. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious with a decent amount of variety and it changed daily. So you could try different things on the days.

I first found this hotel on Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book and there were some mixed reviews, some said the hotel it self was a little outdated but overall still a beautiful hotel. I'm so glad I took a chance with this hotel because our stay was magical and we are definitely coming back in the future! Cons: Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not super clean but for this price, it's above expectations! Pros: 1. The staff is amazing! Everyone we meet has been super nice and warm to us. Especially our butlers Luis and Rodrigo, they were super attentive and went above and beyond with their service. All the staff were super nice and this is one of the reason I love this hotel. 2. The pools, bars, private beach are amazing for photos and relaxing; when we went, there were not many people so I loved the relaxed vibe. 3. The free events they hold changes everyday and are all worth going to!!! Our favorite was the fire show! Definitely attend as many events as possible, cause they are so worth it. 4. Our package also included free hydrotherapy and we literally went to this everyday when we had free time. It is a must try, so relaxing! We also had 500 hotel credit thanks to booking thru trip.com and we used all of that towards massages and they were amazing as well. 5. We chose the all inclusive option (drinks included) and tried all the restaurants. Overall the food is pretty good, and our favorite was Yama. The order of our preference: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, room service and Lumiere. Conclusion: Recommend!!!! We are definitely coming back!

GGuest UserMy wife and I had an unforgettable and wonderful experience at NYX Hotel. The hotel's warm and hospitable experience made me extremely excited. Every delicious meal leaves me at a loss as to what to choose. The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything. You know, I don't speak English, let alone Spanish. When there was a problem with the one-day tour I booked with the travel agency, Aejandro made many calls for me and helped me solve the problem. I want to thank these two handsome Mexican lads! Next time I come, I will still choose NYX!

GGuest UserPerfectly located on the Cancun Hotel Zone strip, this resort strikes a great balance — close enough to the action if you want it, yet far enough away to truly unwind. The property itself is charming, not overly large, which makes everything easily accessible. The pools are just the right size for activities and socializing, but the real highlight is the stunning beach — that’s where I spent most of my time. Dining options are plentiful with several restaurants to choose from (reservations are required), and the bars offer a wide variety of drinks. The café is also a must-visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. This isn’t a massive, party-centric resort — it’s better suited for travelers looking to relax and enjoy the beach in a more laid-back atmosphere. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be refreshing the rooms and hallways, as they’re starting to show their age.

GGuest UserA pleasant stay. We received a room upgrade to ocean view which was lovely. Good size spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Amenities at the sister hotel next door were better than ours but because you can access both, this was not an issue. Friendly, helpful staff and good food from the three restaurants we tried. All inclusive drinks in our package were local and not very enjoyable - this would be my only gripe!

GGuest UserNice All-Inclusive hotel directly at the beach, in walking distance to the Cancun tourism center. Good value for money, nice hotel room, good pool, very nice spacious beach area, tasty food in the buffet restaurant, the pizza restaurant and also in the 3rd restaurant. The buffet restaurant is too small for the hotel size but you get used to it. The gym is better than nothing but very small. All in all the hotel is recomendable.

You should the beach club access u won’t regret! And ladies at the reception are very helpful and very nice they can answer everything u need to know! I love my stay at Krystal Urban Carlos and Itzel are super nice! And the breakfast is superb!
