"The overall experience of the hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are clean and tidy, the layout is warm and elegant, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the quality of sleep is very good. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the response is timely, and the surrounding travel is convenient. Environmental sanitation is in place, the details are done very carefully, the price is good, and I will choose to stay next time I travel."
"Delightful boutique hotel. The breakfast is as good as it looks in the pictures and the rooms are very spacious with comfy bed. What makes it even better are the outstanding staff who all go out of their way to help."
"Perfect location, great for solo travelers, the bathroom was clean and the room was great as well. The only complaint would be the heat, having a fan in the rooms would help a lot, but it was manageable with the window"
"Situated at the top of the main Avenue in Lisbon, with plenty of options of public transport and the hop on hop off buses too. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Breakfast buffet was plentiful & included gluten free & dairy free options if you asked for them. My only negative point was the loud noise throughout the night. I assume it was an external fan for the air con system or similar. My husband slept through but unfortunately it kept me awake for the duration of the stay."
"Beautiful place, and beautiful views, clean and tidy. I was in a shared dorm and was three bunk beds high :/, room was cool with Aircon. Nice shared Kitchen, but oven was broken and even though my food was labelled someone took it:/. But overall a beautiful place, I don't know why everyone is complaining about it being up a hill though, as in Portugal it can't be avoided."
"Fully satisfied with my stay. Cleanliness. Enough shared bathrooms for the guests, no waiting. Close to metro station, city center can be also reached by foot."
"I was very impressed by the quality of service and cleanliness of the facilities. Location was perfect for walking around downtown Lisbon and well connected by public transportation also. Free lockers for luggage storage are a great addition too! I also really appreciated the numa team going the extra mile and offering a few extra treats and essentials free of charge; it’s refreshing in an age where we are often times paying more for less."

Amazing
GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, of good quality, the staff were nice and helpful. It was in a very good location as well in Lisbon with easy access to the city. There are a variety of food options for breakfast. There is a lot of amenities as well to use all in good condition including a gym, pool, etc. And I really enjoy the Lisbon light show @Lumen Hotel.
GGuest UserStayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.
SSamya16I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try.
GGuest UserGood hostel, decent breakfast - limited choice but what was available was tasty and fresh. Rooms was well ventilated, clean bathroom and most beds are very private with wooden sides to block out the light and noise.
GGuest UserThe apartment itself was comfortable, and the building itself felt secure. The everyday cleaning was a nice touch, this set up combined the convenient amenities of an apartment (the kitchen and washing machine) with some of the perks of a hotel stay (bed made for you, fresh towels) In order to access the street that the apartment is on, you need to walk past a stairwell where men like to conglomerate. We had no trouble from them, but can appreciate that this may feel intimidating. I’d recommend this accommodation in a heartbeat to groups of mixed gender (as we were) or a boys trip, but may think again if a girls trip or young families.
LLady-LouBasic accommodation in a very good location. It was convenient for the metro and main station plus close to attractions and restaurants. The place had everything I needed
