"Hotel was in a good and quiet location, easily accessible to all places by walking and uber. It was a tad old but very comfortable and cosy. I was surprised that i like the room very much. The rooms doors are very near each other, so i can hear guests coming in and out but everybody was quiet and respectfully so I dont mind at all. Not suitable for people who dont want to walk up slopes to the hotel."
"I had such a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and breakfast buffet in the mornings was so plentiful. Everyday some of the breakfast offerings changed which was nice knowing there was variety each morning. The location was amazing and so central to all attractions and shops that you could walk everywhere within minutes. You were never more than a 30mins walk away from anything you needed and as a female solo traveller I never felt unsafe at all being in this location. Even at 10pm at night the location was busy with traffic and people. If you want to take the metro, the closest metro stn is a 5min walk away. The bedroom was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean with toiletries included. Only negative was that the gym is super small and only has cardio machines only and no weights but that's really a minor thing to point out. Will certainly recommend this hotel to friends who are visiting Lisbon."
"We spent 2 weeks travelling in Europe and this hotel was one of the best value stays of the trip. The staff were excellent and let us check in early. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of cleaning our room each day, even late afternoon. The room was clean and well equipped. There was a fantastic view, it was possible to even see the water from our room. The location is just away from the hustle and bustle of the city without being too far away. The area felt safe and seemed more like a business district. The free breakfast was excellent with a wide range of pastries and some hot food. We had such an excellent stay that we decided to go full into the IHG rewards program. Thank you!"
"It’s a hotel with basic facilities. Do not expect too much. The room is clean, well designed and quiet. The location is good. 5-10 minutes to metro and supermarkets. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. The most important things is all staff are friendly and very helpful."

Amazing
GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, of good quality, the staff were nice and helpful. It was in a very good location as well in Lisbon with easy access to the city. There are a variety of food options for breakfast. There is a lot of amenities as well to use all in good condition including a gym, pool, etc. And I really enjoy the Lisbon light show @Lumen Hotel.
GGuest UserStayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.
SSamya16I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try.
GGuest UserThe apartment itself was comfortable, and the building itself felt secure. The everyday cleaning was a nice touch, this set up combined the convenient amenities of an apartment (the kitchen and washing machine) with some of the perks of a hotel stay (bed made for you, fresh towels) In order to access the street that the apartment is on, you need to walk past a stairwell where men like to conglomerate. We had no trouble from them, but can appreciate that this may feel intimidating. I’d recommend this accommodation in a heartbeat to groups of mixed gender (as we were) or a boys trip, but may think again if a girls trip or young families.
GGuest UserGood hostel, decent breakfast - limited choice but what was available was tasty and fresh. Rooms was well ventilated, clean bathroom and most beds are very private with wooden sides to block out the light and noise.
LLady-LouBasic accommodation in a very good location. It was convenient for the metro and main station plus close to attractions and restaurants. The place had everything I needed
