"Perfectly located as a central hub to make your day trips to all quadrants of the city. Right on top of a major subway line. Two restaurants/cafes directly outside of the hotel with live street performers. Hundred of bars, pubs, and restaurants anywhere within 15 minutes of the hotel. Definitely choose the breakfast add-in if you are looking for a diverse and filling meal without breaking the bank. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff are excellent as well. No complaints here."
"Very beautiful boutique hotel. The room is quite small for two big luggage’s 😅 But the room is so elegant and well decorated. The breakfast is very delicious. Strongly recommend."
"Extremely convenient location, walking distance to the historical center and main train station. Walkable distance to all historical-city center sights up and down the hill. Rooms were basic, yet clean and has all the basic fixed-amenities. But that was more than made up for by the excellent service and location. I've had an important delivery that I needed for work to the hotel, and the hotel staff were very helpful in tracking down the order and gave me instant update once the package has arrived."
"nice clean modern room in very very very central of Lisbon(heart of tourist area) , 2 mins walking to metro station (baixa chiado) , very Friendly staff they even updated room for me, if there is a whole body mirror in the room that would be perfect, but still worthy the price , would recommend."
"very spacious room, everything is there.. bed is comfortable. Everyone is very friendly, I had great conversations every day in the hotel lobby and everyone wanted to make my stay there good. very grateful for time here"
"This hotel offers impeccable hospitality and boasts a superbly convenient location, allowing guests to easily stroll to all nearby attractions. Enjoy a seamless blend of luxury and accessibility, ensuring a memorable and hassle-free stay."
"Good location on the border between historic alfama and baixa. Best of both worlds and easy to make it there from the airport or train to Porto!"

Amazing
GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, of good quality, the staff were nice and helpful. It was in a very good location as well in Lisbon with easy access to the city. There are a variety of food options for breakfast. There is a lot of amenities as well to use all in good condition including a gym, pool, etc. And I really enjoy the Lisbon light show @Lumen Hotel.
GGuest UserStayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.
SSamya16I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try.
GGuest UserThe apartment itself was comfortable, and the building itself felt secure. The everyday cleaning was a nice touch, this set up combined the convenient amenities of an apartment (the kitchen and washing machine) with some of the perks of a hotel stay (bed made for you, fresh towels) In order to access the street that the apartment is on, you need to walk past a stairwell where men like to conglomerate. We had no trouble from them, but can appreciate that this may feel intimidating. I’d recommend this accommodation in a heartbeat to groups of mixed gender (as we were) or a boys trip, but may think again if a girls trip or young families.
GGuest UserGood hostel, decent breakfast - limited choice but what was available was tasty and fresh. Rooms was well ventilated, clean bathroom and most beds are very private with wooden sides to block out the light and noise.
LLady-LouBasic accommodation in a very good location. It was convenient for the metro and main station plus close to attractions and restaurants. The place had everything I needed
