"Location is great. The Executive King Room is spacious and comfy. Receptionist is friendly. We tried the gym and it’s well equipped. On snowy days, I think they should help cleaning the snow in the drop off area outside the hotel. We basically have to step in the puddles to get in the car."

"The location is a big plus. After the show at the Cadillac Theatre next door ended at 10 PM, it was so easy and safe to just walk right back to the hotel. The king room was a bit small, but it was well-organized and clean, perfectly adequate for a short stay. The uniquely designed, ornate ceiling light was a real eye-catcher, and the room was bright and airy. The dining perks were a nice touch too; we received a discount at the hotel restaurant. Overall, it was a very good stay."

"The hotel was in a great location. The staff was helpful and professional. When we first got there, we were confused because the hotel lobby is on the second floor, but we were directed to where we needed to go. The hairdryer in my room didn't work, so I let the front desk know so that they could get it replaced. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that the rooftop wasn't available for guests and only for private parties. I think that it would be nice to offer to guests when the rooftop isn't rented out."

"I enjoyed my 5-night stay, the location is excellent with walking distance to shops & restaurants and easily accessible via public transport. Hotel staff were friendly and any requests responded to immediately. I enjoyed the spacious and well equipped kitchen space, as well as the gym and on-site laundry. "I looked up onto CQ Central Loop's banner unexpectedly and I didn't expect its location to be so central! There were convenience stores and restaurants and Metros all nearby. Front Office was also all ready to receive guests, and very kindly directed me to the lounge when they realize that my check in was a while away. The lounger was a perfect cozy escape from the cold and had coffee and tea facilities and wifi. The room was small but well kept and I slept comfortably."

The room was clean and spacious for a standard king room and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely be back on our next trip."

"I was so pleased with my stay at the Hotel Saint Clair. I arrived in Chicago very early and they allowed me to check my bag until check in. After a morning of exploring, I came back to the hotel tired from traveling and they were able to get me in my room an hour early. The room was cozy and clean. Great location, friendly staff, I would definitely stay here again."
