Really loved our stay there, it was a very comfortable, clean and an excellent experience. Didnt require a deposit, lent us an iron with board, and the room was large with a great view on a high floor. Hard to find in SGN. The restaurant was quite nice too with good views on the top. The only downside was the location was a little far from the attractions and need to rely on Grab which was from 60 to 120k vnd depending on demand to get to the main places.

Nice location, overall good and comfortable however, a few things to note - no housekeeping service during our 8 night stay unless requested. Linen was not refreshed at any point and we were charged 200k for staining a hair towel which we accepted.

The hotel staff provided good service, but the hotel's facilities were extremely poor and odd. There must be something wrong with the hotel's procurement process. The Wi-Fi was highly unstable While its location is excellent and the building itself is spacious, everything inside seems to be a hodgepodge of second-hand items, creating a pervasive sense of disharmony throughout..For example, the bed was large, but the pillows were pitifully small. The design of the bathroom is highly uncoordinated. The sink is quite small, yet the surrounding space is vast. The bathtub is spacious, but the showerhead is extremely basic, offering only a single water flow setting with very low water pressure. Strangely, there's a large wired telephone mounted above the toilet, which itself is oddly sized, resembling one meant for children. I was constantly worried that my bottom might touch the water inside the toilet bowl. Moreover, the toilet seat is installed crookedly. It gives the impression that the hotel just randomly purchased a bunch of items and assembled them without considering whether they were a good fit or not. The chefs preparing breakfast fried eggs and noodles were very attentive, and the food she was made delicious.

There's no convenience store nearby, so I had to order everything via Grab. There's a great Com Tam restaurant right next door, but the coffee shops nearby are all pretty bad. They don't provide disposable items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, or cotton swabs. You have to message them if you want your room cleaned.

Offers a really comfortable stay in a great location near District 10. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés nearby. The rooms and facilities are beautiful and well maintained. A special mention to the very kind and welcoming security guard at the front. Highly recommended for all travellers.

Hotel is located in the center of District 5, there ate so many food options around. The bustling Hoa Binh market is 2 minutes walk away. Room is very clean and well maintained. Furniture is old style. Bed is comfortable. If you like massage, you can have it anytime With this price, I am absolutely satisfied

I recently spent two days and one night at De Lustora Hotel & Apartment, and it was a highlight of my trip to Ho Chi Minh City. If you are looking for a stay that combines a prime location with genuine local hospitality, this is a fantastic choice. The Service & Welcome From the moment I stepped onto the property, the staff made me feel right at home. Despite the building not having a lift, the team proactively insisted on carrying my luggage all the way up to my room on the fourth floor. Their energy and willingness to help really set a positive tone for the rest of my stay. Location & Neighborhood The location is hard to beat. I was able to walk to both Ben Thanh Market and the vibrant Bui Vien Walking Street with ease. What I loved most, however, was the neighborhood itself. It felt incredibly safe and welcoming; while walking back to the hotel one evening, some of the neighbors even invited me to join them for a drink! It’s rare to find that level of community warmth in such a busy city. Food Recommendation Do yourself a favor and wake up early for the cơm tấm (broken rice) sold right along the alleyway in the morning. It was absolutely delicious, authentic, and they even served it with complimentary Vietnamese tea. It was the perfect way to start a day of sightseeing. Points to Note The only minor drawback I experienced was the water pressure on the fourth floor. The flow from the faucet was rather low/weak, which is something to keep in mind if you prefer a high-pressure shower. Also, as mentioned, there is no elevator, so be prepared for a bit of a climb if you are booked on the higher floors. Final Verdict: A charming, budget-friendly spot with a soul. The minor technical issues are easily overshadowed by the incredible staff and the authentic atmosphere of the alley. I would definitely return!

Not bad, stayed for four nights, the location is near the Taiwan Affairs Office and close to the 5th County, the food and drink are very suitable for ********* people, there is someone cleaning every day, although the counter does not speak Chinese, but the attitude is very good ＞＜, next time if there is a chance, I will choose to stay again
