Hotel staff were friendly, well-mannered, and professional in their service. Room cleaning staff were helpful and cleaned our room everyday, even if we put the ”Do Not Disturb” sign on our door. Room service was very easy and help was always provided very fast. The shower was great, easy to use, and always very clean. However, the hotel room is always a bit dusty, especially the window blinds and the bedside drawers. The pool could also be cleaned more regularly, as there are dirt particles floating around. The biggest pain point for us was that the food could be so much better! The afternoon tea was very bad and we only ate there once on our first day. I think you can serve fresh vegetable spring rolls as snacks instead of the ham bread, which was as dry as a rock. Most of the tea buffet provided were not edible. The breakfast was average too - we opted to eat outside at the banh mi carts and noodle carts, which tasted much better. I wish you can work together with some of these sellers to provide good local breakfast or afternoon tea. Besides that, the best point about Au Lac (other than the excellent service staff) is really the location. We never had to travel more than 15 minutes to any popular tourist location or shopping mall. We were so close to District 1 that our days were always fun and enjoyable to travel around. We really appreciated the central location so much. Overall, our stay at Au Lac was good.

Traveling to the hotel is easy with Saigon Train Station located approximately 3km away and Tan Son Nhat International Airport roughly 6km away. In addition, Opera House Metro Station is just a short walk away. Guests will find Tan Dinh Church, Saigon Book Street and Golden Dragon Water Puppet Theater just a short distance from the hotel. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling alone.
Location - the building is located along a cul de sac so not the easiest to find but Google Maps will get you there. The taxi will drop you off along the main road and you'll need to walk in. Room - I got a room on level 2 so not much of a view outside any windows except for a wall. The service apartment is quite big with a large double bed, a kitchen and dining area, as well as a sofa. There's a lift so it's easy to get to the rooms with large bags. Bed was comfortable though a little softer than I would like. A large water dispenser, fridge and cooking facilities were provided. There's a wardrobe, though one of the doors will hit a wall when you open it. A shoerack is also provided. Cleanliness - very clean Bathroom - clean and functional. Shower has a stall. Water pressure was great. Other things - 1) no breakfast provided but there's lots to eat in the neighbourhood 2) the folks that will meet you to pass you the keys do not speak English but are able to sort out the keys 3) the front gate is closed at 10pm but you can get in with your room card 4) the WIFI is excellent

It was a very thoughtful gesture, but I would suggest covering the cake for hygiene reasons, as we were unsure how long it had been left exposed—especially since our room was not ready due to an air-conditioning leak. Although the issue was fixed before our check-in, the water leaked again on our last night. Additionally, it would be helpful to have another receptionist available to assist individual guests during group check-ins. I had to wait for your staff to complete the entire group registration before attending to me. :( Overall, the stay was good. Thank you.

During my stay at M Village Hotel Thi Sach, I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities and service the hotel offered. The hotel looks exactly as pictured and the room is very spacious for 2. Upon our arrival, the staff are very welcoming and helped us carry our luggage up the small step of stairs. They also had a brief introduction of Vietnam and the area we were staying in. Subsequently, they even sent us some recommendations through WhatsApp. We also requested for another chair in the room which they happily provided. Throughout our stay, the staff were very responsive and helpful and typically repl within a few minutes. The gym and rooftop pool are also well maintained and lounge is really pretty. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Thank you so much to the team for the welcoming experience :)

Great hotel worth experiencing. Good location near Japanese street, Bach Dang river, Notre Dame Cathedral, Independence Palace,... very easy to move and convenient. The room is clean, neat and meticulous, with soft yellow lights, full of mineral water, towels and automatic toilets, that's great. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is clean. Breakfast here is great, salmon, beef, chicken or vegetable desserts are all delicious, especially Pho with rich Vietnamese flavor. Finally, compliments for the manager and all the staff, the cleaners, restaurant, receptionist and bellman, they all work well, communicate well and take good care of me and the taxi to get here is also easy with the distance to the airport about 30 minutes. And I will come back here and introduce more friends and relatives. Thank Roseland Sweet and all the staff very much ❤️

Ssunny1029The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas Eve! The room wasn't huge, but it was well-equipped, clean, and the service was excellent – great value for money. The entire hotel has a French-inspired architectural style, with a warm and romantic white main theme. Because of this, I've even booked MGallery hotels for my upcoming trip to Australia. My only minor regret was being assigned a lower floor. I hope my trips to Melbourne and Sydney go well!

While the rooms aren't brand new, they are very comfortable. I booked a king room and the bed was huge!

VVictor HankIs very 5 star hotel and service is very high class. The room is also very clean. However, the room is abit squeezy but overall is good experience. One night SGD 160 is quite reasonable. The concierge team is very experience and friendly in helping us find a 24 hour clinic. The view at floor 25 is really good. They have an infinity pool at the rooftop which can see the whole of HCMC cityview.

Just a heads-up, there's no large bottled water provided, so you'll want to pick some up from the supermarket before you check in, otherwise, you might end up parched in the middle of the night. GGuest UserIn general is fine, location is fantastic with busy streets. Mattress kinda hard, of course preferences differs. Toilets wise, water is slow, make showering a little impatient. They switch off the hot water system probably after 12am as there isnt any. Good budget hotel.
