GGuest UserGreat place. Very welcoming and helpful owner who speaks good English. She messaged me before I arrived to help me check in and get to the location. Helped me with getting the bus to the ski slopes and finding a restaurant to eat at. The location is great for the ski resort and for the town. The room is really clean and tidy with a comfy bed and soft towels. Would definitely stay again

GGuest UserThe resort is beautifully decorated and cosy, and amenities are very modern. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, providing us with sumptious breakfast (with home made) bread and fruits and nuts. They also linked us up and helped us arrange for transport to attractions and back to Fuyun train. To top it all, the dog is super friendly and adorable, and together with the cat, making the stay even more interesting. On the last day, the hosts even drove us to the garden for pictures and to the town. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

The soundproofing was also great, allowing for a very comfortable night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; they even brought us hot tea after we returned from skiing. The laundry room had four washing machines and four dryers, all of which were fast! It was a very pleasant stay.

ZZiyouxingzoudeyafengThe two sisters at the front desk looked very similar. They were very enthusiastic. Seeing that we were a family of four, they upgraded us to a parent-child room for free, which made us feel very warm. The decoration of the hotel was also the first unique style I encountered in many years of travel. The most surprising thing was the stone slab road and wooden hanging clothes drying pole at the entrance, which had a unique flavor! The two sisters at the front desk recommended delicious food without reservation (you can eat in our hotel restaurant or go to the food court). We chose to eat in the hotel restaurant. The taste was very homely, with good color, fragrance and taste. Our requirements were also met one by one (two of them couldn't eat any peppers, and two of them wanted to eat spicy food, hehe). The chef was drinking with friends (we arrived at the restaurant at almost eleven o'clock in the evening), and he immediately got up and served the food to the table at a very fast speed. The two waitresses were also very fun. At first glance, they were beautiful girls who came to work part-time during the summer vacation. They were not skilled but worked very seriously and carefully. They must be praised.

KKat1186This was my first time skiing in Koktokay, and I highly recommend this hotel! The facilities are new, the rooms are clean, the staff are very polite, and the air conditioning and heating are individual so you can adjust the temperature yourself, so you won't get too hot or too cold. There's a microwave and free laundry and drying services! The hotel is located in the center of Koktokay town, and there are many restaurants and ski equipment shops within walking distance. There's a shuttle bus to the ski resort right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for getting to the ski resort in the morning! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time! Finally, a big thank you to the owner for the amazing tea! 😍😍

GGuest UserWe stayed here during the Chinese New Year and saw the fireworks, which were really beautiful. The scenery of the hotel can be said to be unbeatable in Keketuohai. I have stayed in many hotels in Keke, and I feel that only the scenery of this hotel is the best. I really recommend it. I can lie on the bed and watch the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain. It is also the closest hotel to the ski resort. It is really convenient that the B&B has both Western and Chinese food. If you don't want to go to town, you can ask the hotel to help you bring your things (the service is really great). When I first arrived, I was a little frustrated to see that there was no elevator, but I found that the housekeeper helped to move the luggage up and down, which was really great. I didn't have to do it myself. Every day when I came back, the housekeepers would take the initiative to help put the snowboards. The ski resort bus would also stop at the door of the B&B. If you don't want to take the bus, the housekeeper at the front desk will help you contact the carpool, which is great. You don't have to worry about it yourself. Just tell the front desk the time you want to leave for the ski resort. It's really super convenient.
