The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, greeting guests with smiles. I usually dislike overly talkative front desk staff, but they handled this situation perfectly – they were concise, focused on the essentials, and promptly resolved any issues. The breakfast and milk tea were excellent. The room was the cleanest I've stayed in here, with a beautiful environment and unique design. The hotel has its own parking lot, and the front desk phone is available 24/7. The staff are very polite when answering the phone. The hotel smelled lovely upon entering, and the traditional Chinese design was refreshing. I really liked it!

Very satisfying experience. The first thing about a hotel is a good night's sleep, which is more important than anything else. The room is about 40 to 50 square meters, which is larger than my own bedroom. The room is heated and dry, and is equipped with a humidifier. The lighting in the room is not very good because there is a house at the back, but it doesn't matter. Skiing in Xinjiang usually gets light late, so I went out skiing before daybreak. Anyway, I slept better here than at home. In addition, the supporting services for ski friends are fully in place, including sending and receiving ski equipment, washing and drying clothes, providing screwdrivers if the bindings are loose, and Band-Aids if the feet are rubbed. Everything related to skiing is available. The service is very good, with a warm greeting, and they also draw red envelopes during the Spring Festival, and provide melon seeds, peanuts and fruits. The breakfast variety is relatively limited, but generally speaking, when you come to ski, you just eat quickly and feel full, so it doesn't have much of an impact. The surrounding area is very convenient. There is a bus at the door and it is close to the ski resort. It is the closest to the ski resort at the foot of the mountain. You can sleep a little longer than other hotels. There are various dining options around, even Southeast Asian cuisine and Japanese barbecue.

Modern, youthful, bright and clean. The concept is very attractive but the execution could be better. The hotel is has a lovely modern design and uses mostly Xiaomi appliances which is great. It’s also not a large hotel so it does not feel crowded. The quality of the finishings, the clinical feel of the lobby, the quiet and limited staff is a bit of a letdown but it meets all the minimum expectations. Also stingy with the breakfast, like not replenishing the yoghurt and fruits when there is still 30 mins before the end of breakfast - although to be fair there was still lots of hot food left.

We stayed here during the Chinese New Year and saw the fireworks, which were really beautiful. The scenery of the hotel can be said to be unbeatable in Keketuohai. I have stayed in many hotels in Keke, and I feel that only the scenery of this hotel is the best. I really recommend it. I can lie on the bed and watch the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain. It is also the closest hotel to the ski resort. It is really convenient that the B&B has both Western and Chinese food. If you don't want to go to town, you can ask the hotel to help you bring your things (the service is really great). When I first arrived, I was a little frustrated to see that there was no elevator, but I found that the housekeeper helped to move the luggage up and down, which was really great. I didn't have to do it myself. Every day when I came back, the housekeepers would take the initiative to help put the snowboards. The ski resort bus would also stop at the door of the B&B. If you don't want to take the bus, the housekeeper at the front desk will help you contact the carpool, which is great. You don't have to worry about it yourself. Just tell the front desk the time you want to leave for the ski resort. It's really super convenient.

I went to Cocotuohai, first went to several hotels around to compare, and finally chose this one! The appearance of the hotel is very atmospheric, the check-in is very fast, all the staff are very enthusiastic, as soon as I enter the room, I find that the welcome fruit has been placed on the table, so intimate! There are also many types of breakfast and it tastes good! The mattress is very comfortable to sleep, the bathroom is also very clean, and the room is soundproofed! I found that the hotel has a lot of supporting services, laundry room, bar, head treatment, and I went to the head treatment room to relax that night! awesome!
