The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the location was convenient for getting to the scenic area. I slept very soundly. It's a perfect resting spot for a self-driving trip in Northern Xinjiang. Highly recommended!"

"The combination of 'brand standards + wilderness location + new hardware' at Koktokay was a real winner. We booked two rooms, one king and one twin, for our group of four, and here's our combined review: The location is excellent, very close to Pit No. 3, the Mining Park, and the Geological Park. It was super convenient to check in directly after our day of exploring, saving us time and effort. Being a new hotel, it had a great feel, blending a French ambiance with the rugged beauty of northern Xinjiang. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The duvet felt like a cloud wrapping around you – after a long day of travel, a hot shower followed by that comfort was just what we needed to feel completely refreshed. The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided great service. Thoughtful details like the laundry room with a dryer and a robot for deliveries really stood out. We visited in autumn to see the white birch forests, the Grand Canyon, and Pit No. 3, and Mercure was an excellent choice for our stay. The breakfast offered a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options. A bite of baursak with salty milk tea instantly transported us to Xinjiang."

"This stay was truly a great experience. The projector in the room made watching movies at night incredibly comfortable and relaxing after a long day of travel. The room also had a full-length mirror, which was perfect for tidying up outfits after exploring, and great for taking photos. They provided disposable face towels, which felt clean and hygienic, giving me peace of mind. The hotel's front desk lobby was spacious and bright, with a grand and comfortable ambiance. There's a small convenience store downstairs, making it super easy to grab snacks and daily essentials without going far. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. Overall, the room was well-maintained, and all the facilities were easy to use, with great attention to detail in every aspect. A very good experience all around."

"Parking: There is a large parking lot at the door Rooms: 1, the decoration is not fancy, simple and practical 2. The room is very large, there is no problem running a marathon inside. 3. The air outlet of the air conditioner is not blowing directly on the bed, so you don’t have to worry about headaches when you sleep. 4. General network speed, up 2MB/S, down 6MB/S 5. The floor-to-ceiling windows are large, you can see some mountain views, and the view is good. Toilet: 1. The bathroom is three separate design, the toilet, sink, bathroom are independent, and each room is very large. 2. The water pressure is very high, the water is smooth, and the hot water comes very quickly The front desk was very welcoming and sent a breakfast roll. Overall is a very good hotel, recommended for family travel, business trip"

"Facilities: Located above the 2200 lobby, no need to get up early to wait for the bus up the mountain. Cleanliness: Very clean, not spotless, but very good. Environment: Stunning scenery with views of the snow-capped mountains and ski resort. The car is right next to it. Service: The service is top-notch. Having stayed in many hotels, the service was exceptionally warm and attentive. Motorcycle transfers were provided, and they always helped with luggage and skis. Even if you don't want to ski into the hotel after reaching 2200, you can call a car for a transfer. The staff were incredibly friendly. TUI BLUE is indeed a global chain of high-end resorts.
