I stayed twice at this beautiful hotel in August 2026. The rooms are really good with a nice view. The rooftop pool is incredible and the staff are very kind. The breakfast is good and very hearty. I recommend it!

Phnom Penh 51 Hotel & Residences delivers excellent value for a 4-star stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were consistently warm and polite, making the entire visit feel effortless. Breakfast was solid and dependable, and the central location near the Royal Palace is a real bonus. If you’re after a comfortable, well-priced 4-star hotel in Phnom Penh, this one is a good choice.

The place is near Central Market. I chose it because it is next to the bus hub. Unfortunately, The hub is no longer operational. However, Central market is perfect for money exchange and other purchases. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was also clean. Aircon worked perfectly. Wifi was great. Service was top notch. I forgot my face mask and returned. The receptionist gave it back to me. There was a minor thing related to the smell of smoke in the room (it is forbidden to smoke) but they were kind to change the room for me. Highly recommend.

Perfectly positioned for exploring Phnom Penh. Royal Palace, Riverside, and markets all within easy walking distance. Rooms are surprisingly spacious and spotlessly maintained. The 24-hour pub downstairs is a genuine asset—reliable food and drink whenever you need it. Staff consistently go above expectations. Noise is the trade-off for this central location. Excellent value; bring earplugs and you'll be fine.

In terms of space, privacy and perhaps not sharing breaths with everyone,, the pods are still the best option in Phnom Penh. Super wide, the mattress is soft enough and even the pillow was OK. There are four bathrooms that are fine but one wishes the toilets weren't part of the shower area in each cubicle. There are certainly cleaner appearing ones in town. St. 88 is walking distance to the airport bus stop at Kouch Kanong roundabout, so that's another plus.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. The location is convenient for both getting around and dining. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

The front desk staff were very polite and gave a friendly greeting every time I headed out, which made my stay feel safe and secure. Security is good as you need a key card to operate the elevator and enter the room. There was no hair dryer, but perhaps because it was a weekday, the hotel wasn't full and I got a free upgrade. I was so happy to find that both the shower room and the room itself were spacious, and the hot water worked well. Small shampoo and body wash are also provided. Great value for money, highly recommended. To get to the riverside or the night market, taking a tuk-tuk or similar transport works very well.

Pool is not so clean, Trash aren’t pick up. staff are good and friendly. they have free laundry but the next problem is how to get it dry. i booked for 9nights and just stayed for 4nights. i asked them to help me have a refund for the remaining 5nights. but they kept on telling me they can’t do anything and won’t do a refund. well ofcourse they can if they only want but they take advantage in your change of plans. real PET FRIENDLY
