"An excellent B&B! First off, the location is superb. It was very easy to find once we entered Dukezong Ancient Town, and it's extremely close to the Giant Prayer Wheel—you can even see it from the room. Secondly, the owner is incredibly warm and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage, walked us to the door, and even lent us an electric scooter when we went out. They were always ready to help with anything we needed. As for the room, it was very spacious with a wide, soft bed and a sofa. The bathroom was also a good size and came with a portable oxygen concentrator, making it well-equipped and quiet. We had a great night's sleep."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is excellent, very close to all the main attractions, which made getting around so easy. A big plus was the free transportation provided to and from the airport/railway station—such a convenient service. The staff also helped us with our luggage right from the car all the way to our room, which we truly appreciated. Our room was very spacious, perfect for two people with big suitcases, and still had plenty of space to move around comfortably. Breakfast was yummy too, with a nice variety to start the day. The staff also gave great recommendations on places to visit, which added so much to our trip. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Very Nice Hotel with Friendly and Helpful staffs! Staffs helped to carry luggages up and when leaving, help to carry as well to car. Many shops around and it's inside Gu Zheng but car can still drive in! Plus point for location! Staff was nice and WeChat before we arrive and wait for us at the entrance and bring all our luggages down!!! Room is big, plentiful of bottle water and also us to feel free to take! And yes they have oxygen on request if you need! Just use wechat to communicate with them! Very easy! Will love to be back in this hotel!!"

The owner is incredibly nice, providing pick-up and drop-off services, making travel very convenient. The souvenirs and breakfast are also top-notch. They have floor heating and oxygen supply... As we were traveling by car, navigating the town's narrow and often crowded roads proved quite challenging. However, the owner was incredibly helpful, guiding us to the designated parking area and offering a convenient pick-up and drop-off service. They also thoughtfully provided local food recommendations and a detailed travel guide. **Environment & Location:** The ambiance is simply fantastic, and the guesthouse boasts a prime location. We specifically booked a room with a rooftop terrace, which afforded us stunning night views of the ancient town – truly beautiful! As I mentioned, the location isn't the most convenient for those traveling by car. A word of warning: definitely avoid driving into the ancient town between 7 PM and 9 PM; it's an absolute nightmare! **Room Facilities & Cleanliness:** Our room was very spacious and came with its own balcony/terrace, all at a very reasonable price. The room's overall facilities felt relatively new and well-maintained. The only minor issue was with the oxygen concentrator; its indicator light kept flashing red for maintenance. After trying to use it briefly, I felt uncomfortable, so I decided against it. I hope the owners can look into this. **In Summary:** This is a new guesthouse, having just opened in 2024. It offers excellent value for money and comes highly recommended!"

"The B&B has a Wabi-sabi inspired decor with solid wood furniture throughout. The disposable amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair dryer, and slippers are all of excellent quality. The bedding and memory foam pillows were very comfortable. It's clear the owner puts a lot of thought into running this B&B. The location is perfect, right near the East Gate of Dukezong Ancient City, making it super convenient to catch rides to attractions like Meili Snow Mountain, Pudacuo National Park, and Balagezong Gorge. The ancient city itself is just a few minutes' walk away. The lady at the front desk in the lobby proactively offered us tea, and there was unlimited seasonal fruit available. The gentleman at the front desk also kindly helped me with my luggage during check-in. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast rice noodles were delicious! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shangri-La!"
