AAnonymous UserBooked Superior Queen Room with windows and requested high floor however receptionist gave me level 2 corner room with no window. Went back to the counter and request for change of room both receptionists expression knew they give me the wrong room and though I won’t be fussy about it. Their attitude and service was so bad. There is no mini fridge and hair dryer in the room too. The room is not soundproof can hear people talking at the lobby and loud closing door.
But location was good. Very near Nagoya hill mall and other cafes. Affordable price too. Might consider book this hotel again if going back for short trip.

XXiao ZhenThe hotel service was fantastic, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The lobby even had a small shop selling snacks, daily essentials, and drinks, which was extremely convenient. Just across the street, there were several convenience stores that stocked items like dried tempeh, fish crackers, and dried fruit. Everything was just so accessible!
The only downside was that there seemed to be ongoing renovation work downstairs, which made the area a bit dusty. As I was staying in a corner room, it got a bit noisy with deliveries being unloaded at the street corner below.
Despite these minor issues, the overall hotel experience was excellent!

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

ZZara_77We went here for 4D3N. We were told by the receptionist that we were not given the free breakfast for the 3 days cos when ******* took over the TRIP.COM, we were not given any. But surprisingly on our last day, before we checked out, we went for breakfast and were told that our room was inside the list. No other amenities aside from the room. No swimming pool and gym around too. The security guard was good and friendly. There's 2 shopping malls but you need to walk at least 10-15mins if you know the way.

The price-quality ratio is excellent. The hotel rooms are functional, clean and I had a very good sleep. My window was overlooking the brand-new K Square mall that was just opening the same weekend I was there, so it was busy (but on a good way). The breakfast was very decent, and the staff there - again - so friendly!
Obviously the new K Square mall provides this hotel with added benefits, as it offers a wide range services (including a large supermarket). But nearby I also found: an excellent Morning Bakery outlet, and within 15 minutes walking various outstanding restaurants and cafés, such as Piccola Stella (Italian) and Anchor Cafe and Roastery (American style breakfasts and food all day long). Not far (5-10 minutes by Grab) also Stainn Cafe, which I highly recommend.
So I really liked my stay at Eska hotel, and I will happily return there.

SShengcunchangThe hotel is a bit old, but the room was very spacious. The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious. A special mention for the large swimming pool and gym, though I didn't get to use them. I highly recommend the frog porridge next door to the hotel, it's really tasty!

GGuest UserSmall living room. The heater not hot but we are ok with cool water to bathe. We enjoy our night watch Netflix. The apartment has a mall but only 1 cafe and few shops. The area outside has only 1 hotpot available and a cafe. We walk out to the morning bakery about 7min away took a grab back apartment at around 20000 rupiah. We also took a grab car to maha temple for 4of us at idr22000. I can see the mosque that is at the batam center. Better prepare own hair shampoo and conditioner. 2queen and 1 mattress on floor available. Morning can hear the prayers. We also order grab food as we are jus lazy to go out at night. The place is really near city center by grab. Room is clean. No toilet roll and no guardian in mall. High floor with Seaview.
