I never expected to stay at such a wonderful hotel in Batam! Great location, walk through car park at 5th floor to Grand Batam Mall and exceptional hospitality, especially from Salsa. Extensive breakfast spread featuring a chocolate fountain. Complimentary upgrade from Premier to a One-Bedroom suite (King-size bed, spacious living room with a long sofa bed, and a wash & dry machine). Free high tea for stays of at least two nightsâeven when booked through Trip.com. Saturday pizza crafting at only 100k per personâthe kids absolutely loved it! Highly recommended

Instantly one of my new favourite hotels in Batam. Convenient location in Kampung Pelita area, opposite Aston Hotel and Residences and 9 minutes walk to Nagoya Hill Mall, 20 minutes walk maximum to GoGo Supermarket in Bengkong. Amazing place nearby, Kobie Coffee and Ruma Pelita - easily a 5/5 café and cultural / creative experience. Staff are lovely, gracious, efficient, with excellent language skills. Professional but friendly and welcoming. Public areas are modern, fresh, tranquil and very well maintained. Lots of thoughtful little touches throughout. Standard rooms are compact but well appointed, very clean, comfortable. Nice linens. Good sleep. But don't expect any views from the windows. Like the pool area. Breakfast buffet is highly recommended.

This is my first time staying in a serviced apartment in Batam. We took the junior suite to accomodate 3 adults and a child. There were 2 bedrooms without the ensuite bathroom so there was only 1 common bathroom to share. Rooms also had a decent wardrobe for placing clothes and items. There was a kitchen too if you'd like to cook or whip up a meal. The master bedroom and the living room had TV too. There were also complimentary snacks and drinks provided in the fridge. Gotta love an apartment that has amenities like a hotel would provide. Room service, dining in room were all available for the stay too! We had breakfast for 2 mornings too and i loved it because there was really a widespread of food, indonesian cuisine and international. The restaurant is shared with Wyndham hotel, service is good and it has great vibes! We went swimming too on one of the nights and i enjoyed it because there were music playing by the lounge/cafe/restaurant at that level. It was slightly dark at night but it was also kinda romantic. There were steam and sauna rooms available for use in the changing rooms too! There is also a supermarket and a small cafe located just 5 mins walk away from the building but closes by 10pm. It is convenient if you'd like to get snacks or even buy ingredients for cooking. Location wise is quite a distance from popular places like Nagoya/BCS/Batam Centre. But i'd recommend this place for families with kids!

Great Stay â Will Definitely Come Back! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Batam. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the pillow â it helped me sleep really well! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and fast, which made a great first impression. Overall, I had a really pleasant experience and will definitely be coming back on my next visit!

We had a wonderful family stay at Harris Resort Barelang, Batam. The resort offers a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful sea views, making it a perfect getaway for families. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Our family especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the facilities, which were well-maintained and family-friendly. It was a great place to unwind, spend quality time together, and escape the hustle of daily life. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and we would definitely consider returning and recommending Harris Resort Barelang to families looking for a relaxing retreat.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Batam view. The seaview is amazing. There is an actual beach to relax and even swim unlike the other 3 hotels and resorts here in Nongsa. This resort surrounding is beautiful. I enjoy taking photos around this place. Breakfast was average. Staffs are polite and helpful. Always greeting and serve with a smile. Highly recommended for those who prefer beach resort accommodation.

The location is very near to Harbour bay ferry terminal, car ride is like less than 5min. Very ideal for those travel via Harbour Bay ferry terminal. On one glance , as a local brand hotel, it looks decent, looks like a resort style hotel. While the hotel has amenities such as gym, pool, live pub, spa facilities, the room and breakfast falls short. Yes it provides a bathtub but the shower head is unadjustable, it does not provide facial cotton, only cotton buds, shower cap need to requestâŠâŠ the iron is the most basic iron, not steam iron where the clothes can iron betterâŠ.. the pros is in the room, they provide a sofa couch and a movable coffee table. The breakfast is pretty average at best. They canât do a proper soft boil egg, itâs either too hard or too raw, salad provided but no lettuce, salad dressing is very limited , hot food - nothing exactly nice, porridge is too gooey, their breakfast- nothing to shout about. Their service is very good though, the reception and the live egg station team has been very polite and friendly. Very good customer service from them. Room donât seem too old though. Tried the Massage service at Wellness Center at ground level, price is very competitive and good massage skills. Overall, I saw it says itâs a 4* hotel. Facilities yes, but food standards and toilet I think more like 3 star hotel. if you donât have budget and donât mind basic breakfast and the toiletâs shower head, itâs quite ok to stay.

Resort is extremely nice for sea sighting .But location to nagoya and other hotspot is 30-40 minutes drive. If you are looking to relax, this is a nice place to stay. There is a amazon seafod at the batam nongsapura port. Which you can also board to go back to singapore.

Nice cozy and very clean room⊠book the superior room and thereâs lots of space. It literally at the 20th floor and the view of the town was fascinating. The lobby staff served with a smile and they can accommodate to your special request.. This hotel are well recommended.
