"Requested for a higher floor away from the bar but got a room on the 6th floor, just right above the bar on the 3rd floor. Rooms are not sound proof so we could hear the bar playing music till midnight plus we can hear sounds from the other room when walking in the corridor. On our last day we decided to have the hotel breakfast and the live meat grilling station started producing a lot of smoke, making the entire hotel lobby choked up with smoke due to poor ventilation. Had to shift outdoors to continue our meal. Location is also far from most attractions but it was not much of a problem since grab rides are easily available an affordable."

"The hotel is relatively new and it is nicely renovated with modern and stylish finishing. The room is very clean and comfortable, water stream is huge for shower, TV is big and nevertheless a comfort bed for good dream. It is not very far from most of the eatery and shopping area but still requires Gojek/Grab. Amenities is pretty much ok but I personally would prefer to have a swimming pool though. Overall stay experience is wonderful!"

"I booked this hotel because it was newly opened, but only realized upon arrival that parts of the property were still undergoing construction. The gym was not yet operational, and several rooms remained closed for renovation. During my two-night stay, there was a serious insect issue in the room, including mosquitoes, fruit flies, flies, and other insects. My friend was bitten multiple times during our stay. On the morning of the second day, I requested a room change, but was informed that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. The staff assured me that they would arrange pest control treatment for the room, but no action appeared to have been taken. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the experience, especially given the lack of resolution despite raising the issue with the hotel."

"feedback and update of our stay over the weekend. 1. The room was found to have ants on the TV console table 2. The kitchen tap will flow out water when its not touched, and have a loud sound(which happen during the night,out of random). Scares the hell out of us. 3. The washroom shower head was found to keep dripping water even after its off. 4. The air conditioner, switch on as it is. At night, it was found condensation and drip water, floor/mattress is wet. (Those who sleep at futon matress will be lightly affected). Kinda humid still, with the aircon is on. 5. The mineral water which was provided, 1 of the 3 bottle was found tampered. Side note, 6. The location is a good pit for staycaytion to chill(with pools) though a little off from the central, but still able to get thru grab(grab is cheap)."

"Kalau menurut saya dr room sedikit krg bersih cat cat nya udh kotor, wastafel cuci piring gk bs d gunakan. Peralatan dapur seadanya, kamar mandi biasa aja view nya ok lah bgs buat kita bisa liat kota nagoya. Pemandangan mlm ok bgs indah bisa mau at Meliat permainan gokart. Arah kiblat gk ada wifi gk bisa d gunakan TV hanya youtube aja, padahal hr special anniversary kami jd kurang memuaskan tdk bisa nonton siaran apapun wifinya gk bisa d pakai hilang timbul. Jadi menurut saya biasa biasa saja.inj klo untuk apartemen ya. Terimakasih"

"Room location is great with many eateries n near to market. However service from housekeeper was no good. No housekeeping as stated in booking daily housekeeping available until we complained. No water bottle replenished. Basin is dirty n choked. Shower head is too high n couldn't be adjusted. Given another pillow was dirty with stain without cover..Wonder how to sleep on it. Spouse's leg was cut by sharo edge of bed. Pot was rusty how to use. Tissue paper was changed to small sheets from big sheets..not professional at all. Though we complained however glad owner or manager took efforts to rectify but still no water bottles replenished. Should give us regardless if we bought. Room with good view but appreciate better provision n housekeeping since we stay for 3 days."

"Disclaimer: the booking price per night I secured was cheap, considering it was last minute and during peak period. Upon arrival, property exterior looked nice and worth of the 4 stars but personally that was the climax of it as everything else was sub-par. Swimming pool was decent with a max depth of 1.2m. In-room experience: toilet seat was broken and there was no hair dryer. The balcony seemed overkill as it was quite sizeable but empty. Perhaps it is for the beachfront vibes but there is a wall covering any view (good for privacy though) Breakfast: only made it once for the buffet breakfast and the spread was limited. Again, below the 4 star touted. Service: this is where they saved their honour. Staff were friendly, great, and accommodating to requests. Location: very near to the beach and away from city, making it an idyllic place. However, maybe as it is the festive season, 2 out of 4 nights we were woken up by super loud music (and vibrations) coming from the event stage located opposite the property. All in all, pretty good for a newly opened hotel and at the price point (＜SGD80/night) means no complaints. But it is at most 3 star level to me"

"Everything else was great except probably the location which was rather far from the typical attractions on the island but granted the area was still developing. Hope to see more around the area in the future!"
