"Although is an old hotel but the management have tried the best to keep it up to the standard in term of cleanliness and hospitality. We are family of 3 and glad to have booked a spacious room with a king sized bed and a single bed. This made our sleep very comfortable. It was reasonably priced and location is good. Not too far from all the hot tourist spots. The only things for improvement are : 1. Mini bar need time to turn cold 2. Hot water took time to heat up during peak hour"

"Overall is good and is worth the money. The room is spacious and the location is quite close to Grand Batam Mall. Beside hotel is Starbucks, if u lazy to go out you can have coffee over there. Oh, the hotel breakfast also nice. They provide various choices of pastry, western to local food. Just one thing that needs to improve the sound proof. "It was an amazing trip to stay at Harmoni One at Batam. Arrived early in the morning. Big shout to hotel staff Taufik who arranged early check-in for me (as I looked exhausted). The breakfast dining place at high ceiling was another highlight. Though variety is not much but truly enjoyed the ambience and service in a relaxed manner Night view at main door was great 👍🏻 And receptionists were attentive and helpful. Booked this hotel with SGD 35 per night was really good value with morning breakfast served. Just a note that the hotel is undergoing renovation and upgrade so a bit noisy. The room is old but spacious. Overall, fantastic stay I would say! Lastly, the hotel only 5 mins grab ride to Batam Center Ferry Terminal."
