"It’s a relatively new resort with all the facilities that a Club Med would have (sans costs and a little discount for service level). The resort is not so lively from Monday to Thursday but there is uptick in activity and buzz on the weekend - seems the sun also adopts the same schedule as it was rainy and gloomy on the Thursday and Friday we arrived but was bright and sunny with high tide levels on the Saturday. The resort is next to Barelang bridge with a great instagrammable view - rooms are large and our sea view one had an excellent view of the islands and kelongs by the side. The Spa was on the pricier side compared to what you get in town but was still worth the costs and effort. Still an excellent choice and well worth the bargain on trip - most recommended and will do this trip again."

"I stayed here for my birthday, and the hotel not only upgraded my room for free but also prepared a little surprise. The room was super spacious, the air conditioning was cool, and the pool water was clean and beautiful. In the evening, we chose one of the Japanese restaurants; the food was pretty good, just a bit on the pricey side. Overall, I was very satisfied!"

"I had a wonderful stay at HARRIS Hotel Batam Waterfront. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful waterfront views, making it a great place to relax. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast had a good variety of local and international dishes, and the facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were well kept. The location is convenient if you’re looking for a quiet getaway while still being within a reasonable distance of popular attractions and the ferry terminal. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with excellent hospitality and good value for money. I would definitely recommend HARRIS Hotel Batam Waterfront to anyone visiting Batam, whether for a family vacation, a couple’s retreat, or a business trip. "WOW!!! Stayed as a solo traveller for 3 nights in a superior room and it was amazing!!! Room was fine, amenities were okay, view was great and it was sooo peaceful. The beach was quiet and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Grab/Gojek were also easily accessible, although a little far and abit dark to drive in when it’s at night, trust your driver and the security there. Definitely recommended to the solo girlies who just need some alone time, this is the place! beach vibes all the way☀️❤️⛱️"

"From the time we booked the trip until we checked out everything was so smooth and beautiful. There's a shuttle service from Nongsa Ferry Terminal to the resort. Every single staff were friendly, kind, accommodating, helpful...In room dining service is available 24/7. We loved the beach bar. Decent breakfast spread, the ala carte menu at taming sari was so good. Rooms were very clean, spacious and theview from our balcony was so serene and beautiful! The only thing the management need to consider is installation of more fan or air cooler at Taming Sari as its too hot. Some of the fans were out of order. The weather is extremely hot. While we enjoyed the food,drinks and the amazing service by the team we had to finish our meal quickly and head back to the room as its extremely hot and stuffy in there."

"2nd visit & its jus as awesome back 2017. Though we booked e sea view bungalow wanting e unblock sea view , we were terrorized by its space & clustured phobic. Dun mention e amount of stairs down and up if u wanna go out fm ur room..Small & balcony & beyond to b seated. Thank god, the deluxe room was avail & we moved. (finally we can breathe & happy). There r newly type of rooms avail too.. Friendly staffs, accomodating our upgrade, buggy rides/ ojek (free) to bring u ard the resort. A one stop family funtastic resort. Pool, Food for lunch, dinner & bbq , Movie Night by e sea, sea sports, atv, spa, best sunset & sunrise to catc, newly hammock on sea, a Statue and temple in there too. Breakfast are varieties and awesome.. Heading out with grab is easy to book.."

"We stayed for 3 nights. Some mixed feelings about the hotel, but happy overall. Positives: - Very friendly and helpful staff - Lovely location - Free pick up from the ferry terminal - We were upgraded to two sea-view rooms (only paid for one upgrade and one free) because our family and children needed two conjoined rooms. - Requested a late check out and given one extra hour. - Rooms were good and had all the basic amenities - Great pool - Good rates Some negatives - Breakfast was kinda disappointing. On our first morning, there wasn’t even a buffet spread. Instead we were given menus without many options to order from. I guess they didn’t have enough guests to warrant preparing a breakfast buffet. But the buffets returned for the next days. Again, basic options without too many choices. Expected a bit more, but can’t complain too much for the price. - Water from the bathroom often leaked out into the bathroom, leaving the entire floor often wet. - Lots of mice running around loudly in the attic. Overall, 4.5/5 experience. Would recommend."

"We stayed for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. Having a balcony facing the garden was a lovely bonus. The surroundings were relaxing and peaceful, with a warm atmosphere and direct access to a clean, private beach. The staff were welcoming, helpful and always ready with a friendly smile. Our kids had a great time enjoying the big pool, cycling, ping pong, gym and the dedicated kids’ room for children under 12. The breakfast buffet offered good variety and was satisfying each morning. A special thanks to Sofi, who came to us on both days and encouraged us to try the local kueh, the ongol-ongol and pandan cake, which added a delightful touch to our stay."
