"This is our 2nd trip within 6 months as my daughter requested for a return and also for her craving with the pasta at the Italian restaurant. So we stayed there for 2 nights which is enough for a short getaway. When we reached our room, after unpacking some of our stuff from the luggage, we decided to take short break before heading to the pool and upon resting on the bed, my daughter noticed that the duvet cover was stained with blood. It was very obvious and was surprised that the staff did not noticed it. I informed the front office staff who came to our room due to some issue with the safe and he got it changed while we were out for our swim. I will recommend that the hotel manager look into this due to hygiene issues and such bedding materials that are stained with blood to be disposed. As for the bathroom , stains on the wall and floor are very obvious and it’s about time for the staff to have a chemical wash , no doubt this resort is very old, cleanliness shouldn’t be ignored to maintain it’s reputation and loosing the customers confidence in returning again. Lastly, a big thank you to the waitress at the Italian restaurant who gotten the chef to fire up the pasta I had last year in December that was no longer in the menu , this gesture made our trip a memorable one and fulfilled one of our reasons to visit Turi beach resort ."

"Check in was smooth. Villa was big, love the spacious living room. Unfortunately need to improve on housekeeping cleanliness. There was a standing stack of cigarette ash left on the dining table beside the pool. There was unwashed coffe stain on the rim of the coffee mug, no stirrer was provided for the coffee and tea satchets, not thoughtful. We hardly use the 3rd floor so cant comment. You need to move the furniture yourself if you wanna sit outside on the 3rd flr. Master bedroom was huge, with view of the sea. Toiletrie, dental kits were provided. The toilet door was abit faulty, could not close properly..sigh.. Bathroom wall looked mouldy/ dirty. We were greeted by thunderstorm the next morning, the wait for buggy took more than 15min in the morning--breakfast peak + inclement weather. Water started seeping into the 2nd flr landing during the pour, and water was dripping from the bathroom...itz crazy..fortunately we were checking out that day already.. Cant comment on other facilities as we didnt get to try..will i go again...maybe after their next round of refurbishment."

"location is a bit far from town , we reach by first day of Puasa Ramadan in Batam , during our dinner time we couldn’t get any grab to go out for dinner , hotel try to help us call to taxi also not available end up we having our dinner at hotel , hotel maintain is still okay but could be better , one thing we like is the transport service that hotel will arrange to send guest to Batam Mall ."

"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my husband and son, where I celebrated my birthday. The room was clean and comfortable, and all staff were courteous and attentive. Special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Bart, for being kind and approachable. It is no wonder the team is excellent under your leadership. Thank you as well for the complimentary drinks. I also commend Pritty for her excellent service at the restaurant. The food was very good, especially the carbonara. I truly appreciate the thoughtful birthday greeting from Zamzam, Noven, Aura, and the rest of the team. Thank you to the front desk and all staff for the warm hospitality."

"The staff were the highlight of the stay — consistently polite, humble, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout. Unfortunately, the villa itself was quite run down and appeared to lack proper upkeep and maintenance, which was disappointing given my expectations. There is insufficient power plug for phone / tablet charging. The breakfast spread was decent, with a reasonable variety of options to start the day. Overall, while the service was excellent, the condition of the villa fell short of expectations. Would I return? No."

"I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future."

"2nd visit & its jus as awesome back 2017. Though we booked e sea view bungalow wanting e unblock sea view , we were terrorized by its space & clustured phobic. Dun mention e amount of stairs down and up if u wanna go out fm ur room..Small & balcony & beyond to b seated. Thank god, the deluxe room was avail & we moved. (finally we can breathe & happy). There r newly type of rooms avail too.. Friendly staffs, accomodating our upgrade, buggy rides/ ojek (free) to bring u ard the resort. A one stop family funtastic resort. Pool, Food for lunch, dinner & bbq , Movie Night by e sea, sea sports, atv, spa, best sunset & sunrise to catc, newly hammock on sea, a Statue and temple in there too. Breakfast are varieties and awesome.. Heading out with grab is easy to book.."

"We stayed for 3 nights. Some mixed feelings about the hotel, but happy overall. Positives: - Very friendly and helpful staff - Lovely location - Free pick up from the ferry terminal - We were upgraded to two sea-view rooms (only paid for one upgrade and one free) because our family and children needed two conjoined rooms. - Requested a late check out and given one extra hour. - Rooms were good and had all the basic amenities - Great pool - Good rates Some negatives - Breakfast was kinda disappointing. On our first morning, there wasn’t even a buffet spread. Instead we were given menus without many options to order from. I guess they didn’t have enough guests to warrant preparing a breakfast buffet. But the buffets returned for the next days. Again, basic options without too many choices. Expected a bit more, but can’t complain too much for the price. - Water from the bathroom often leaked out into the bathroom, leaving the entire floor often wet. - Lots of mice running around loudly in the attic. Overall, 4.5/5 experience. Would recommend."
