Delta properties in Shanghai

This time, we chose Delta for our family trip with the kids, and the overall experience was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. Traveling with a baby means lots of stuff and clutter. Every day when we returned from sightseeing, the room was immaculately cleaned. The floors were dust-free, the bathroom mirrors and fixtures were sparkling, and the bedding was neatly arranged. The cleaning staff, especially Auntie Yang, was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Knowing we had a baby, she proactively helped us organize the children's items and even carefully noticed the baby's small toys, arranging them neatly so we wouldn't lose them. One time, we needed to borrow something at short notice, and Auntie Yang brought it over quickly with a gentle and patient attitude, without any hint of perfunctoriness. These small details were truly heartwarming. The hotel itself is conveniently located, the room space is generous enough for a family with children without feeling cramped, and the breakfast selection is rich and varied, which our child enjoyed. While the hotel's service was generally excellent, Auntie Yang's attentive service left the deepest impression on our family. It's truly heartwarming to encounter such a meticulous and responsible staff member when traveling away from home. Next time we visit this area, we will definitely choose this Delta again, and we are especially grateful for Auntie Yang Junfen's dedicated care. We highly recommend this hotel to families traveling with children!
