Booked this stay on Ctrip, and the overall experience truly exceeded my expectations! The room was incredibly spacious with a comfortable layout, and that large bathtub was absolutely perfect for a relaxing soak. The hotel's location is super convenient; I'll definitely choose to stay here every time I visit Shanghai in the future. The coffee was also delicious, and having a coffee machine in the room was a great perk. What's even more impressive is how friendly and enthusiastic the front desk staff were; their attentive service made me feel incredibly warm and welcome. Shanghai Hotel Stay Experience | Pullman Shanghai South My child had a performance on the last day of the New Year in the ballroom at Pullman Shanghai South. Knowing traffic would be a nightmare that morning, we decided to check in a day early. Upon arrival, the front desk already had our room ready. The service was excellent; they were incredibly accommodating, even providing earplugs when we asked. We stayed on the 16th floor. The room was spacious and had a business-oriented feel. The bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was a bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak if you're not in a hurry. Since we had a performance, we were granted a late check-out and free parking, which was a huge plus. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was a buffet and quite good.

We had a pleasant stay at Pullman Shanghai Qingpu Excellence. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained (5/5), which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful (4/5), always ready to assist when needed. The amenities (4/5) were good and suitable for families — especially the pool and breakfast options. However, the location (3/5) felt a bit far from the main attractions and city center, so traveling to and from places took some extra time. Overall, it’s a great choice for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay with good service.
