Pullman properties in Shanghai

Had a great stay at Pullman Shanghai Central—this was actually my second time here, and I would highly recommend it. The location is a big plus, surrounded by plenty of food and shopping options. It’s also conveniently near the train station, and the famous Tianzifang is within walking distance, which makes exploring really easy. The staff were helpful and attentive throughout the stay, and the room was spacious and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day out. Overall, a reliable and convenient choice whenever I’m in Shanghai, and I would definitely return again.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but it's well-maintained. The location is super convenient, right across from Shanghai South Railway Station. The buffet dinner included in our package was fantastic, with a great variety of dishes. The mini lobsters were incredibly fresh and delicious, and the roasted pigeon was tender and juicy. Breakfast was also very extensive.

Even though there were many diners, the staff cleared tables promptly and efficiently. Doris at the hotel was also very friendly and welcoming. The overall experience was comfortable and hassle-free, offering great value for money. It was a truly pleasant stay, and I highly recommend it. It would be even more perfect if the parking management could be improved a bit.
