Spa Hotels in Nairobi

This is my second stay here, and it's the perfect rest stop after a long flight, getting me ready for a road trip safari. The breakfast selection is excellent, and dinner is delicious too!

Service was very good. The pick up at the airport was very efficient. All staff from Front Desk to Room Cleaners were very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. 

Wonderful 5-star hotel with great food and fantastic service. Each and every one of the staff is friendly and treated me as a valued guest. Very good experience.

I booked this hotel two months in advance, paying 980 RMB per night including breakfast. However, on the day I checked in, my colleague found the price was 580 RMB per night with breakfast. Early check-in cost an extra $30. I appreciated that the power outlets were universal Chinese type, so I didn't need an adapter. The breakfast offered steamed buns, noodles, and chopsticks. While it was nothing special, it was decent enough. The outdoor seating at the restaurant was very comfortable. On the downside, the room facilities were outdated, and the hygiene was just average. There was a strange smell from the wardrobe and the sink, and some areas were quite dirty. On the positive side, the staff were all very nice. If the price had been under 500 RMB per night, I would have found it acceptable. But paying nearly 1000 RMB per night, I felt like I got a raw deal.

This was a dream come true. Always wanted to spend at least 1 night here. Fantastic place and very welcoming workers, all of them.

Pros: My family and I stayed for one night. I recommend this hotel. It has 24-hour security, beautiful modern design, hospitable staff, and a large, comfortable room. We had dinner at the panoramic Troy restaurant on the 8th floor; I suggest trying the fish and lamb. Cons: The pool needs a bit of renovation.

Nice hotel. More upmarket than others. Very clean and offers a good service. I would recommend they do some more maintenance however, especially with the men’s steam room. It’s quite run down.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay, Amazing Hospitality & a Beautiful Birthday Surprise! I had a wonderful stay at Iconic Hotel in Nairobi, and I must say the experience was exceptional! The food was absolutely amazing, and the breakfast spread was impressive! There was so much variety, with plenty of delicious options to choose from each morning. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the hotel team for the thoughtful birthday surprise! It was such a beautiful gesture and truly made me feel special and appreciated. I would also like to personally recognize Mary from housekeeping, who was absolutely amazing! Her attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism stood out. My appreciation also goes to the wonderful front desk team especially Karen and all the other staff members who made my stay memorable. The hospitality was genuinely heartwarming. The only two things I missed were having a swimming pool and being able to watch live football matches from the comfort of my room. As a football lover, that would have made the experience even more perfect! Aside from these minor points, everything was exceptional. The service, food, comfort, and hospitality exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Iconic Hotel, for making my stay and birthday so memorable. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi! ❤️

It's not my first time staying here. The hotel isn't new, but it's still decent. The main draw is its excellent location; there are many Chinese people and Chinese restaurants nearby.

The environment is very good, if only some wild animals are raised. Breakfast is good, set breakfast and dinner, barbecue for one night to watch the show, European dinner for one night. Both are pretty good. At noon, it will be resolved next to the shopping mall. Not too many guests, suitable for vacation.
