SShatha Al-HmoudThis was my first visit to Limassol and my experience with the Hotel was great. I picked it because of its location, as it is across the road from the beach, and very close to the bus station. The old and new port was only 20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by bus.
Although the hotel is authentic and old with basic amenities (which we expected and were aware of before booking), but that didn't stop it from being an amazing place to stay at!
The breakfast was good and with enough varieties for a 3 stars hotel. It was clean tasty and everything was present. Their staff service was awesome!
The room was clean and spacious, we were 2 adults with a 10 year old child and it was good enough for us. Balcony spacious as well with good view at the pool.
The swimming pool was very clean and fresh and life guards were present all the time.
The beds were comfortable and clean, the room smelled good all the time. We had a small issue with the bathroom sink and when were reported it, they made sure to fix it immediately.
To be honest I couldn't find a bad comment on the hotel as they made sure all our needs were met from the smallest need such as ordering ice to the room till helping us with were to go and how to use the city's transportation system.
I would defiantly recommend this hotel to my friends who are traveling on a budget.
Thank you for making our visit memorable and trouble free! :)
GGuest UserOur stay at Hotel Pefkos in Limassol was excellent and we highly recommend it. The location is very good and the room perfectly met our expectations, but the best part, without a doubt, was the extraordinary service we received from all the staff. The treatment was always warm, attentive, and kind, especially at the bar and reception. We particularly want to highlight Savvas, who made you feel right at home from the early morning. For this alone, and for the magnificent breakfast, we recommend it to everyone.
SSaskiaThe hotel was sooo pretty and very central, but quiet to sleep. We will definitely stay there again, when we come to Limassol! The beds are very comfortable and the room was cosy.
The only thing we didn’t like: we booked it, cause it’s an adult only hotel: But since people, who don’t stay in the hotel can come for brunch and they can bring their kids, it’s not really adults only. We had 3 kids jumping around and running around and screaming while we had breakfast, what was definitely annoying and not relaxing. The parents enjoyed their brunch and didn’t care at all. I think that’s quite rude from the parents (very selfish, if you can’t control kids, but you don’t care about other guests) and the hotel could at least have said something. If you advertise and adult only hotel, but kids jumping around during breakfast, this could be mentioned. We let the reception know about it.
ААлександр S.The hotel is in a good location, 100 meters from the beach. Breakfasts are delicious but repetitive.
Cons: The plumbing is old and inexpensive, and they didn't provide toiletries, only soap and shampoo. There are only two outlets, and those are for the TV.
PPanicos YusufA beautiful old building that was modernised but kept most of its original features.
Comfy bed and no noise from outside.
Near the shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the seafront.
I will definitely book this again.
GGuest UserGenerally we have enjoyed our stay! Wonderful location, view, many available amenities, deco of the hotel, family atmosphere, friendly staff and food -especially buffet.
But the first cold night the heating, that we paid for, was out of service air condition and central. The people that were available to talk to at night in the reception weren't able to help.
The next morning they manage to send a technician- that we demanded -and the problem was fixed but nobody came us to discuss any payback to us in any way as it was a lost paid service.
Plus, despite that I have booked a room for two adults and two kids, 9-year-old and less than two years, they told me that they could not see that at their system. They said that, they will arrange it.
Finally they charged us without any prior notice, despite I have paid online our stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel is good, as is written in the reviews – close to the sea. We were lucky as the windows went straight to the sea and our room was closest to the pool. Breakfasts are good, can be eaten, good food (truly, olives are bitter sometimes), but uniform, maybe it will be for someone minus. Location is excellent, there are many cafes, a supermarket papas and a bus stop. Staff friendly and responsive. Rosetta is British, but there are connectors under type C. Of the downsides: do not issue single-time hygiene – vat discs, sticks, toothbrushes/paste
