I recently stayed at Welcome Grand Residency, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The beds were super comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. From the smooth check-in process to their prompt service, everything was handled efficiently. Housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

In the first instance, I was thinking is it a mistake - considering the inner lane… but this place gives you positive surprise - super clean, smart interiors and super new washroom makes you feel happy.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete Hygiene: Clean and sanitary, hot water and other things are available Environment: The environment is not bad, the surroundings are very convenient, and it is very close to the French town Service: The front desk brother and sister have good service

The french villa was a moderate stay. The distance to beach is 3-5 mins walk only. The location of the hotel is very appropriate as all the cafeteria and restaurants are nearby or better to say in the same location only. The negative was the reluctant nature of the staff. I would say a little motivation is required there. Overall budget can be slightly low as there isn't much special about the rooms. No cupboard to keep clothes also. Average stay. Cost can be less.

A budget stay with decent room and facilities: The stay was in the middle of street with lot of hustle and bustle. They have a parking which is good but its not attached and have to keep it in a place 200m away. The room was good enough but reception service was pathetic. You have to follow up 10 times. Breakfast is served in a closed room where they are frying poori and entire room is locked with smoke. Pros: 1. Good enough for a 1 day stay with good options for breakfast 2. AC was working 3. 4-bed room was very big with 2 bathrooms Cons: 1. Reception and front-desk service 2. No kitchen present 3. Breakfast area is pathetic

Our stay was fabulous. The hotel is a meticulously renovated 18th century building, providing modern amenities ***** with the historic french cultural feel. Its an Insta reel lover's dream. The hotel also houses one of the reputed restaurants for Creole cuisine, and the a-la-carte food was divine. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. 2 minutes' walk from the promenade beach and bang in the middle of best photogenic locations of Whjitetown. Every café and photography spot is in the walking distance! The staff were extremely polite, helpful, smiling and friendly. A very good option for discerned travelers.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Aura, true to its name, the aura of the place was really good. Friendly staff, and the service was excellent. The location is very decent, with all the amenities nearby, all the tourist places are less than 5 mins from this place. The hotel people also helped us to hire a scooter, which was much more convenient to roam around compared to a car. The restaurant food was tasty. Our overall stay was excellent, safe and satisfying..
