We had a family room, but it's still small. The room at the back is quieter than the one at the front. I think the price is a bit high, but it is Mumbai. It's next to the metro station, but far from places like the Gateway to India.
The exterior of the hostel resembled a small, cozy guesthouse. Inside, there were many male guests on the common area. The staff were cheerful and polite. After taking a copy of my passport, I noticed they'd forgotten to return it. It wasn't until I pointed it out that they realized they'd forgotten. The room had a large, locked storage unit, which was very convenient. The area around the bed was also clean. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower had plenty of hot water. While shoes are required inside, some guests wore slippers that looked like they were meant for outdoor wear, which was a bit of a problem with the hallway. I appreciated the included breakfast. I used the upper bunk, but I was disappointed to find the clothes or towels of the person in the lower bunk lying on the stairs. I was also charged 40 rupees upon checkout. Apparently, I'd bought bottled water, but when I explained that I hadn't, they understood and I didn't have to pay. However, there was no apology, and I felt uncomfortable being suspected. Also, there were people sleeping in the dormitory after 10:00 AM, making it difficult to turn on the lights. When getting ready, I had to use the light from my cell phone, which was inconvenient.
When I consulted them about something that was bothering me, they kindly responded and helped me out. I will never forget their hospitality. It was a great hotel to rest in because it was close to the airport and quiet. Thank you very much.
The breakfast which was included was above our expectations and the staff there were very friendly. There was also snacks available in the afternoon which was a nice touch as the food was very good. The location of the hotel was good for the south of Mumbai and only 35 mins from the airport in a car. If you have a lot of activities in the north I would maybe recommend against this hotel as there would be a lot of travelling. The door staff and bell boys were also very polite and would go out of their way to do things for you. Unfortunately the worst part of our experience was the reception staff who gave you the feeling of being a burden. A lot of requests and questions were met with short answers and not much of a smile. Lastly the layout of our room was strange with the bed in the centre of the room and next to the phone on the wall which you would knock off the handle if you moved in the night. Also the room was different to the pictures on the site.
So the location of the property is at the perfect location. It is just in front of a metro station like when you just step out of the hotel there is the lift for Metro Station, which you can easily use for public transportation and private taxis and Riksha are easy available nearby. Apart from that, there are multiple restaurants at the same line of the hotel and in the front of the hotel.

It was my first night in India and I'm really glad I stayed here. The price was reasonable and the facilities and service were very good. The outlets for charging are the same type A as in Japan. There is a partition between the shower and toilet and amenities such as shampoo are provided. There is also a safe with a combination code. The breakfast seems to change depending on the day of the week.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to India or Mumbai for the first time.
The location is perfect, near the metro. A few minutes and anywhere in Mumbai. Next to you can have lunch, whatever you buy. Staff is kind. All our wishes were quickly decided. The rooms are clean, no insects. The walls are under the plaster, so the guests are where the suitcase is locked or anything else. But the hotel is not guilty of this. Do not overpaint the same rooms after each customer. The room for us was close, but it is our problems. We knew what we were going on. The hotel is good for your money. Thank you!!!!
Great hotel, greatly located in the center of Fort neighbohood. Personnel always helpful, they helped me manage everything, from SIM card to Forex change to food ordering. Absolutely recommended. Have in mind that you'll be in the middle of the city center, so don't expect quietness, room cleaning could be better but to me.it was just perfect.

GGuest UserPlus point of this hotel is location and it’s opposite of Marine Drive and next to Mumbai Crickets stadium and staff are very supportive and room and bathroom are very clean only disadvantage is no restaurant and I ordered from outside hotel and Zomato and NO Parking available, I had to park in pay parked area near Church Gate station around 1km far from hotel , but if no car then very good hotel
GGuest UserI had an amazing stay at this hotel! the room had an excellent ambience clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The washroom and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained. The service was top-notch with the staff being polite and attentive. The highlight was definitely the breakfast it was absolutely the best with a great variety and delicious options. I highly recommend this place
GGuest UserRadha's Cottage is a lovely retreat, very well located at the end of the road in Matheran. It's a simple place, furnished largely with period furniture. The food is outstanding - the best I've had in 6 weeks of traveling in India.
For those who are unfamiliar with Matheran as I was, a couple pieces of information:
- The ”toy train” runs very infrequently. Be sure to get a schedule if you plan to take it from the parking.
- It's a 4.5km walk from the train station near the parking to Radha's. Don't believe the stationmaster if he tells you it's a 20 minute walk, it's an hour's walk.
- It's still another 1.5km from the train station in the village to Radha's. If you've got a bag it's probably a good idea to get some help from a porter.
- Sometimes the electricity goes out. When we stayed, these outages were brief, just a minute or 2.
- Sometimes the water in the bathroom is dark brown. This surprised us one morning. It's dirt, and cleared during the course of the day.

GGuest UserRooms are very clean and hygienic. Very supportive staff and service. I stayed with my family, very safe for ladies and girls.quick response from reception as well. I always recommend to stay at city Guest House. Food you can order in your room or you can take a food at Sai Sagar restaurant opposite city guest house. Very valuable and testy food.

GGuest UserDecent hotel, very near to cs t station, suite room was excellent with nice interior. Very good breakfast and great service. If the price was little more competitive then it would have been awesome. Would definitely like to visit again.

1. Proximity to Kalyan Junction Station (few minutes walk)
2. Once inside (lift to 3rd floor) the reception area etc was fine.
Didn’t like:
1. Access is shocking - ***** a rough road and down a less than salubrious side street. See photos.
2. Would have been nice to be provided with some drinking water
3. Shower area not spotlessly clean. Hair and scum on the grill over the drain
4. Only a blanket was provided on the bed (aside of bottom sheet and pillows). Can’t imagine this is washed between guests. Asked for a top sheet (so had a “barrier” between body and blanket) but nothing forthcoming.
5. For the quality of accommodation it felt overpriced.
AAnyaLocation is good , easy to go to ***y attractions place in Mumbai but difficult to find at the first time it couldn’t found in Google map
Room is very small and not have much amenities only A/C, Hot shower, Elevator and TV which foreigners not understand
Staff was good
GGuest UserAll the staff were humble and they provide good privacy and least interruption. Location is awesome. Some electrical fittings and bathroom tap leak is there but it hardly bothers your stay. Good for family and breakfast is also nice.
