JJin LooNatural environment, the room was clean, but the air conditioner was low power, that's why we feel warm in the room all night.
The food need to improve, and the food hygiene also need to improve, because I have found a long hair in the sauce.
Anyway, I will be here next time, hope that everything will be improve....
GGuest UserHad a lovely stay at The Bayou Langkawi! Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was beautiful, and the location was convenient for exploring the island. Great hospitality and excellent value. Would definitely stay here again!
ННаталья Г.We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The grounds are well-kept, but not very cozy. It was sparsely populated, the pool was small and green, and our child really wanted to splash around in the pool. We'd chosen a room with a pool, but we didn't get to use it. The location is good, close to the aquarium and Chenang Square. There's an excellent warung nearby; we only ate there, and people we met recommended it, and we often met there. The hotel is okay for 1-2 nights, but nothing more.
GGuest UserThis hotel has great potential, but it's really lacking in maintenance, both in the rooms and common areas. The beach and water color aren't very inviting for swimming. The pool, however, is nice and very large. For the price, you can find better quality hotels in Langkawi.
AAndhy PutraDespite a minor booking issue at check-in, the staff handled it swiftly and professionally. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which elevated the overall experience. The resort is set away from the busy town and Pantai Cenang, offering a serene forest escape. The room was spacious, immaculate, and well maintained, with fast and stable internet. Service was exceptional — the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Special compliments to the front desk team for their excellent service. Best enjoyed with your own transportation. A peaceful and refined stay — highly recommended to experience TC Garden Resort, Langkawi ! ☺️✌️
FFavinash ModiHonestly at first I was contemplating to book this hotel after reading the negative reviews. But I would say my stay was a good experience. The rooms were spacious, clean & facilities was top notch too. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with variety of foods & was available for vegetarian too. I enjoyed my stay here for 3 Nights & it was perfect. The receptionist counter was helpful too. And I went during school holidays & it was public holiday too. The hotel was fully booked & was maintained well too. Looks like they have improved a lot after the complaints by others. I would highly recommend to stay at this hotel because it's very convenient & middle of everything. Only problem is parking but this is just minor issue, everything else was good. Highly recommended to stay here
GGuest UserMy stay at Langkapuri Inn didn’t quite live up to my expectations, to be honest. The room was definitely spacious, but the interior felt rather basic and could be improved. Adding simple furniture, such as a couch, would make the space more comfortable. The washroom, in particular, could benefit from some renovation.
That said, the rooftop area is a nice highlight — it’s a relaxing spot to unwind at night, and they even screen movies there, which creates a chill atmosphere. The location is also convenient. It’s an easy walk to Pantai Cenang, and there are plenty of food options nearby.
Overall, while the facilities could use some upgrading, the location and rooftop vibe are definite plus points.
AAAAdayunzhongkachenshifuThis hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our entire trip to Malaysia. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout. The hotel has two floors; the second floor mainly houses the lobby, where you can order free drinks, which was a huge plus! There are also three adorable cats roaming around. Every morning, the hotel provides a complimentary special breakfast in the lobby, and you can tell a lot of thought goes into it. The lobby also offers games like Uno, playing cards, and building blocks to enjoy with friends, and there's a pool table near the bar. While the room's style was a bit on the darker side, it had a great design, and the bathroom was very spacious. I'd definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Langkawi~
AAnonymous UserLocation of the hotel is quite far off a lot of tourist attractions but it's near one of the attraction and that is the sunset cruise. Not many things to do around the area. Service and hospitality provided by the hotel staffs were a 10/10 but the hotel room itself needs a little touch up as it looks quite old already.
SSiferaIts a nice resort tucked away in between Cenang and Kuah town… the entire resort is furnished with Ikea furniture and fittings so if you are a fan of Ikea you would feel right at home. There are generally 2 type of accommodation, 1 villa style with 2 bedroom, ensuite bathroom, living room, kitchen, garden access to the pool and a private doorstep car park, this unit can sleep up to 8 people according to the hotel. Another type of room is a standard hotel room style with direct pool access.
