We booked a family room come with a queen size bed and a single bed. The room is specious, enough to place our luggage. However, the aircon is not cold enough even though we have adjusted the temperature to the lowest. Other than this, we are satisfied. The hotel has own parking lots, which we no need to worry where to park our vehicle. The hotel location is strategic, located along Pantai Chenang.

Had a great stay at Padi Hotel in Alor Setar! The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. The room was neat, cozy, and provided a relaxing environment after a long day. One thing I really appreciated was the strong and stable internet connection, which made it easy to work and stay connected during my trip. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Alor Setar who is looking for a clean, comfortable place with reliable WiFi. I would definitely consider staying here again!

I’d rate this hotel 4 out of 5 overall. The room wasn’t perfectly clean, but it was good for the price.The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. Check-in and especially check-out were a bit annoying due to the wait. The waterpark is excellent and the kids absolutely loved it. The restaurant was good, with reasonably priced food and a great sunset view. Breakfast was the weakest point, with limited options like eggs, bread, and noodles.

Highly recommended because location is in the heart of Alor Setar. Walking distance to many attractions But bring your own shampoo and shower gel because they will just give u universal shampoo Ample free parking

I had a pleasant stay at Urban Inn Alor Setar 😊 The location is very convenient, with plenty of food options and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay. The check-in process was also smooth, and the staff were generally helpful. The hotel offers good value for money, especially if you’re looking for something simple and budget-friendly. The basic amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay.   However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The WiFi connection can be inconsistent at times, and some facilities may feel slightly worn depending on the room.   Overall, it’s a good choice for a short trip or quick stay. I went to LGK to attend my friend's wedding and chill. I thought the place a bit far from Kuah but it's not! Easy to get there and it's self check in! Spacious room for me, good facilities with fridge, tv, water dispenser etc.  Gonna repeat if am here again, thank you for your service 🌟

Stayed for a few nights. It's a good hotel with responsive staff and tasty, though cold, breakfasts. The room maintenance is a bit lacking, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The grounds are very green. You should be aware that there's a noisy construction site nearby, but it's very quiet and comfortable in the evenings. The bustling resort street is also far away.

This is a great location, right in the business center. It's super convenient for shopping and getting around. Although the facilities are a bit old, they have everything you need. I really like this place.

The hotel is close to Aman Centre mall. Staff are very friendly. Though the room is deluxe and has all the features, clearly it’s too old. Unfortunately toilet is outdated and need proper renovation.

Nice budget hotel to stay. Kecik je bilik tapi okay je sorang duduk. Bawah ada banyak kedai, n senang cari makan. Okay je overall. Cuma parking susah nak cari yg dekat, kalau ada rezeki dapat dekat dgn hotel ada la. Kalau tak kena jalan sikit. Tapi takde la jauh mana pun jalannye.
