The hotel is old, the location is not bad, there is a musty smell in the house. It feels tide everywhere. There are mosquitoes. Sound insulation is not very good. The service staff is still enthusiastic.
Excellent location. Wide selection at breakfast. The room was clean and adequately equipped. The only downside was the fluctuating water temperature in the shower (it spontaneously turns hot). The staff were very friendly.
I was very pleased with the hotel's design and cleanliness. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the CBD with everything you could need nearby. The breakfast was simple but good, and definitely filling. They offer a complimentary drink upon check-in, which is a nice touch. The gym is great, with most machines available and very clean. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
Facilities: Excellent and modern.
Cleanliness: Spotless, absolutely no issues.
Environment: Conveniently located near the CBD with restaurants, shopping malls, etc.
Service: Friendly.
Loved it. Great position, nearby there's a bus/tram station. The room was perfectly cleaned with complimentary water (still and sparkling), instant coffee and tea. Even outside was really cold, inside the temperature was perfect.
The 24h reception is a plus, we arrived really late at night and we had the opportunity to do the check in with no additional fee.
Belonging to the best hotel in the local area, the hotel facilities are general, the room is quite big, the service is very warm. The nearby supermarket restaurant is also very convenient, not far from the park and attractions, breakfast is average.
I like this hotel, just one issue, little bit noise in the morning time, but I understand why, airport is to close, so, I will book this hotel one more time
My recent stay at a hotel in Warsaw was generally satisfactory, with its advantages being particularly prominent. Firstly, the location is excellent, usually close to the city center, train station, or major attractions, providing great convenience for both business and leisure travelers. Secondly, the hotel staff are generally professional and friendly, communicating fluently in English, and their prompt service made me feel right at home.
Regarding hotel facilities, the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were modern and clean, and the toiletries provided were of good quality. The breakfast was varied, offering both Western-style cold cuts and bread, as well as local specialties, and the quality far exceeded my expectations.
Of course, there are some details that could be improved. The room décor in some older hotels may appear slightly dated and traditional in style. Also, while the value for money is high compared to Western European countries, prices can increase significantly during peak season.
In conclusion, Warsaw's hotel industry is highly competitive, and the service level is very high. Whether choosing an international chain brand or a locally designed hotel, most offer a comfortable and worthwhile experience. Travelers are advised to book in advance based on their budget and location preferences to obtain the best options.
The hotel is simply excellent, I will definitely go back there, the only thing we didn't like was the man at the reception, we were in this hotel in November for 4 days, but we decided to stay two days more, we decided to ask the price for 2 days, the man said $370, and we had to rent a room in another hotel and leave, but when we looked online the price for the hotel was much lower than he said, we bought another day at this hotel for $116, it was unpleasant to go back and forth from different hotels, and it seemed to me that the man at the reception was arrogant, that it was awkward to say we won’t pay $370 for two nights, we felt uncomfortable… Overall the hotel is super
Nice hotel with warm greeting staff. Have ur own kitchen. If you are a cooker, you can cook inside. Several days it’s enough to stay in this hotel..
Very Good
