Booked a twin room, but after arriving at the store, we were informed that there was no twin room and there was a big bed room. There is no small refrigerator in the room. Front desk service and customer service staff are particularly good.

I forgot the jamon in the room's fridge bar, when I went to pick up my luggage, they told me that the cleaner woman had nothing to find; I'd better not go to places where they don't send messages, and less badly that they were not money. The price is too high or the service has left even a bottle of water at the arrival. If you have problems with your legs there is no lift. In conclusion, I didn't feel good.

A comfortable, spacious, clean apartment in a quiet area but close to city centre. The separate bedroom and separate shower/toilet was nice. The kitchen is well equipped (but no kettle). An improvement would be another mirror in the bedroom.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious and clean. The location was great because it was right in the train and close to the bus station. The bad thing is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors’ conversations. I had very noisy neighbors that woke me up at around one am on one side, they were noisy for about one hour, then the other neighbor came back and they were noisy until about 4 am so I only got 2 hours of sleep. Also, there is no elevator and you have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the floor with rooms so if you have heavy luggage I hope you are strong and don’t mind the workout. I wouldn’ stay here again because sleep is important to me. Bring earplugs.

RRuru CHIENThe hospitality was superb, the service was attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable. Even in a multi-person room, there was minimal disturbance; even the upper bunk had a small lamp and USB charging port. The room was warm, and there was a lounge area with coffee available at any time. Complimentary breakfast juice was also provided in the morning, ensuring pilgrims could get a good rest during their journey. Free Wi-Fi was also available. It's about a 5-minute walk from León Cathedral, a very convenient location, yet the room was very quiet. This accommodation was truly amazing!

SSwaterfieldLovely hostel located right in the heart of Leòn. Very easy to find and access. Bring ear plugs because the street is quite loud but easy to ignore with ear plugs. No aircon, so plan accordingly. They did provide a towel, along with normal bedding. Lockers were located in the room and easy to use. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook or there were great places to eat all around. If you walk away from the city center, the prices change from tourist prices and are very reasonable.

GGuest UserI liked the hotel, it's a 10-minute walk to the center, there are paid underground parkings and free parking spaces nearby if you travel by car.
It was cold outside at night, 1-2 degrees, but it was warm in the room thanks to radiators. There was even a heated floor in the bathroom.

The rooms must be renovated to reach the facilities they have.
We took spa and massage and a wonderful, we went renovated.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and we couldn't choose better, above a dto that gave us in reception!

GGerman TravelerIt is a very nice Hostel. We had a very friendly welcome. Later check in was no problem , because you get a pin-code to open the door. Outside there is lots of free parking space. In the morning you get a breakfast. This accommodation is perfect to stay for one night.
