As acomodações, localização, café da manha e atendimento são exelentes e compensa as instalações que necessitam de alguma reforna.

Wir waren zum ersten mal auf Empfehlung im Hotel. Die Lage ist top, der Pool schön und die Zimmer auch. Es ist alles sehr sauber… schade dass es am Pool keine Getränke gibt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Ein Zimmer abseits der Straße ist zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Internet funktioniert gut. Insgesamt alles bestens.

I am very happy with this hotel. I arrived in the city quite early so I asked if I could leave my luggage with them until check in time. They kindly agreed to this. All of the staff are excellent, professional and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. It was serviced every day I was there and towels were changed daily. There was a fridge in the room and the bottled water was restocked every day. There was also lots of room in the fridge for other drinks etc The breakfast was the best I have encountered on this South American trip. It included eggs, meats, cheese, bread, cakes, fruit juice, coffee and more I used their laundry service. I left it with them in the morning and everything was hanging up in my room when I returned in the late afternoon. The location was perfect, a short walk from many sights including the river, cathedral, Government Buildings and the Railway Museum. It's easy to get a Taxi, Uber or Bolt to any part of the city or beyond. It was about a 15 minute trip to the Coach Station. I would highly recommend this excellent Hotel. Thank you

The hotel is relatively new and has a great location. We were very carefully received with a very beautiful smile and could also immediately accommodate the room. The beds are very comfortable. The washing of the toilet makes noise like a alarm system which needs to be fixed. Unfortunately, the pool was not useful because work was done and there was a closed event. For the high price I found this not justified. That's why the point deduction. At the fitness room there is still air upwards. It is beautifully located in the upper floor. Breakfast was proper. There was a lot of fruit but no yoghurt or quark. The staff at the bar was very friendly.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean and very comfortable. I recommend that I come back to other opportunities. I'll miss this wonderful room.

A pleasant tranquil place, the room and good and a place that needs very little to be better in the part of the restaurant the breakfast coffee needs to improve the rest is all good

It was conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to Shopping del Sol and Paseo La Galería. The room was clean and the soap, shampoo and conditioner provided smelled nice. The breakfast had a wide variety of breads and was delicious. It was also very helpful that we could check in early and check out late.

I will book it again.
