It is a good hotel with 24 hour desks. They allow you to leave your bags before check-in and after check-out, convenient for travellers. Breakfast was good, boiled egg, fruits, muesli and yoghurt. Location is also good, near to tram stop, 20 minutes away from historical centre.
Ótimo hotel, fica numa região próxima (20 minutos de carro) de Florença! Quarto ótimo com aquecedor central banheiro grande e chuveiro quente e com ótima pressão! Café da manhã muito bom. Espaço ótimo e atendimento sempre pronto a ajudar. Único ponto que não foi 100% foi o restaurante a noite com poucas opções e sabor um pouco sem graça da refeição. Voltaríamos com certeza.
This is a very distinctive hotel, located in an ancient town. It is hard to imagine how exquisite the interior is from the outside.
If you are curious about the life of people in the ancient town, it is worth experiencing, but remember to eat before coming back, as shopping and eating around here are not very convenient and require driving.
Breakfast was adequate and tasty
Good campsite with good service. It's located a bit out of the city, but public transport is easily accessible. The pathways to the accommodations within the campsite could be improved. Unlike other HUs we've stayed at in Italy (Rome and Venice), the breakfast buffet here was extremely disappointing and certainly not worth the price per person. There was little variety and it was quite disorganized. Overall, there are definitely a few aspects that could be improved.

Our room was located near the stairs and we were woken up by people passing by at night and in the morning. The towels provided by the hotel had some unknown and disgusting items on them, I attached the pictures. Other than that, everything was good.

The room was sufficient for a 2 night stay, the staff were lovely and very helpful, but the room was worse than expected. Very very noisy from the trams and trains outside and the shower head wouldn’t stay on the stand. I would recommend for a quick stop over stay but would avoid if you’re planning to stay for more than a couple of nights.
The location is great though, just opposite the station it was so easy to get on and off trains, easy walk to the centre and cathedral, with plenty of nearby restaurants!
Hotel Massimo was a great pleasant surprise both in terms of customer service and hotel quality. First I made a mistake of the reservation date and the hotel staff immediately helped to update the booking without additional charge. Second, when I request for a room change to a quieter area of the hotel, I was attended to promptly with a small charge of 10 euros to upgrade the room. Their breakfast was exceptionally tasty and staff was courteous and kind. One of the best hotel service I received in Italy! Highly recommended!!.

Strategically well located, within 3-5 minutes from the Firenze station. With lots food options at reasonably and budget priced. For instance, just outside the hotel, less than a min walk, a Chinese no frills restaurant provides a good Asian spread of Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese Ramen and fusion at competitive prices. Mcdonald is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Other Italian restaurants are found within 3-5 mins walk from the hotel. Though, this place is busy and bustly, it is rather safe to move around. The security system in the hotel is good and rather peaceful. Staff are excellent with good knowledge of The city of Florence. The Duomo (see Pic) is about 10mins walk from the hotel. Further down, about 5 mins walk, you can access the Uffizy Gallery with great Art collection of the Renaissance era. Also, you can take a 10 mins walk via the Firenze station to access coaches for our daily tours and Designer’s factory outlet at The Mall. No regrets booking Cosimo for comfort and convenience for our great Florentine experience.
Charming place with beautiful location near the winemaker Cinciano. The staff are sweet and helpful. The restaurant is good and the wines cheap! Can be clearly recommended.

GGuest UserThere were bugs in the bed, it was terrible! One of the female managers was really disgusting; she insisted the city tax be paid in cash! Is she trying to pocket it herself? I definitely won't be coming back.
AAlexandraSHotel overall is okay for a 3 star. Employees were always friendly. Free parking and if full, hotel as a old garage underneath which it was where we parked. Breakfast was okay also for a 3 star hotel.
Amenities nothing to be honest, on our room we had some stuff broken also… could get some refurbishment. And also, it is not a queen bed, it was two single beds close to each other… with no top mattress anything…
AAlessia MartinoGreat location, just a few minutes from Pisa Centrale. Breakfast also nice. The room isn't super big but is nice for a solo traveler for a night. Bed is comfortable and there is an ensuite bathroom. The tap wasn't working properly and the fridge was very noisy. Most of the staff was nice.
GGuest UserThe room was a bit dated, and the furniture quite basic. On the plus side, it's very close to the train station, and within walking distance of the art gallery, cathedral, and good spots to watch the sunset. What's even better, it's right at the entrance of Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying Chinese food and browsing the Chinese supermarket. I even found the best-tasting water I've ever had on a trip at the Chinese supermarket – I was so happy about that! However, watch out for that ice cream shop on the same street – it's a total rip-off!

TtakuminThe elevator was shaky and the exterior was a bit old, with many noticeable features. I was also bothered by the dim lighting throughout the building and the lack of a refrigerator in the room.
Also, the lights at the entrance didn't work.
Still, it's just a short tram ride from center of Florence on the T2 line, and I was able to sleep well in my private room with dim, indirect lighting.
Breakfast is included, so I think it's reasonable for the price.
I didn't realize there was a laundry room there, so I didn't use it.
There was also a coin laundry nearby.
GGuest UserThe room is very small, but compared to the price, I think it is very cost-effective. In foreign countries where the average nightly rate is 2,000, the price here is very reasonable, and it is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, less than five minutes' walk! The facilities are a bit old, and the sockets even need to be supported by a cabinet to prevent the plugs from falling out. The hotel is also not far from the train station, less than ten minutes' walk. But all in all, this price, this location, and this view are still very cost-effective
JJUNHWANIt was so good. The advantage is that there is a tram right in front of you, and the price is cheap as it is a little far from the tourist spots. There was a big mart at the station just before, so it was nice to see the market. The downside is that you can go to the tourist spot by tram for about 20 minutes, but it wasn't a big problem. It was nice to be quiet. The room was spacious and the shampoo filled every day was well used. However, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I would like to reuse it if I come to Florence again next time.
GGuest UserThe room was very good! We submitted photos online and were unsuccessful. Let us go to the c-joy front desk to check in and met the super super handsome front desk! Help us handle everything, and tell us that if there is something to call them, it is too good, and it is very handsome! I am also a friend who likes Lufei. I am very happy to see the pictures of my suitcase. Hahahahaha. The accommodation is very good. The room is facing the street, but the glass is particularly soundproof. It is perfect if the online check-in process is more smooth!
