Very clean hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is modest. Its distance from services and its location on a back street are drawbacks, although this is an advantage in terms of its quietness.

I booked a deluxe twin room, and the front desk service was very friendly upon check-in. The only thing is that the room was on a mezzanine level, so we had to take the elevator and then walk up one flight of stairs. The room itself was spacious and bright, and the location was convenient with all sorts of snacks available downstairs, right on the main road. It was pretty good. The breakfast also had a good variety. Recommended!

This hotel is everything it promises. Great service, great facilities, wonderful food and bar and safe town centre location. The locality gives one access to virtually everything one needs in terms of shops, services and amenities. You need a haircut or shave - 2 minutes walk; you need a mall - 2 minutes walk; a hammam - back of the hotel; you want to eat out - just step out - got the drift? I would stay here again any day. Oh, and the showers had great flow.

Hygiene: Very clean, it's rare to come across such a clean IBIS. I don't wear slippers and my bare feet won't get dirty. Environment: Convenient transportation, about ten minutes to the airport Facilities: Compared with other hotels in Tunisia, the facilities are relatively new. Service: The service attitude is very good, everyone is very enthusiastic. There are not enough hot dishes for breakfast, but the rest is good and it's ok to stay.

The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is spacious and easy to use, the hotel is in a prime location with very convenient transportation. The surrounding restaurants are convenient and delicious and inexpensive! Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy outside, which affected my sleep. The breakfast was delicious but there were not many varieties.

The hotel was right in the centre. I stayed in room 303. Small with double bed though considering i booked single room. Room was clean and tiday and compact. Dud not have kettle or fridge and no glass could be found. The night receptionist was very helpful, cheerful and found me a glass and some water.

Flight was delayed so turned into late arrival, quick ride from the airport and I was at the hotel. Good location, able to walk to the central market, lots of restaurants, roof top views, Beb Bhar, flower market, rugs to see and perfumes to smell. Liked the firm mattress, good sized room, staff were polite and helpful, did have to venture out to get some water but had lots of little shops that were still open. So much to see and do will need to come back for more than 3 days. Cheers 🥂

Honestly speaking. It's good for the cheap price but could be a bit cleaner. Lifts are old and the lift door sensor dnt really work do doors squash on u. The room I requested when booking, wasn't the room I got. However, it was a massive room with queen size bed and a double, which were quite comfy. Bathroom bath too messy, it's like they patch painted bits of it. You can hear every noise from another room and in passage. View through the window wasn't good as shown in photos. Images advertised by hotel are a lot more different when you're actually there. Hotel had no source of clean hot water. So I don't recommend bringing your baby here. I had to buy thermost and bottled water and go to the cafe around the corner and get them to warm it. Air conditioning was rubbish in the room I got. Toilet couldn't flush properly, have to take lid off and press from in there. No iron, no kettle. Very helpful Staffs, 3 nice bars, regular room service.

DDr OSBeing engaged to a tunisian girl i fly frequently to tunis from the UK. Location of the hotel is good, 15 minutes from airport, busy area but i dont think its an area to walk around at late night. Ive tried loads of the hotels ranging from 2 stars to 4 star hotels in tunis city, hamamet and sousa areas. This hotel is a small hidden gem. I was Greeted with a smile when i came around midnight, check in took a minute (unfortunately wasn't given the wifi password on the spot had to ask for it latter on) The wifi was very fast in the room, i had no issues with connectivity The owner offered me a complementary bottle of water which i appreciated cause if was thirsty and hungry, they offered to get me some food from a nearby fast food place, so i requested a sandwich which i paid 15 tunisian dinners for ( didnt likee the sandwich much but i appreciated there help 😅😅😅) The hotel itself is very very nice, not a generic build, had a tunisian look to it with paintings everywhere, they have like a small venue area down in reception The room was spacious and again nothing generic about it. The beds were steel frame beds so nothing fancy but the mattress was new and comfortable Everything was spot on clean flat tv on the wall and an A/C unit which was functional, all remotes were there in the room. The rooms were very calm, no noise and most important they WEREN'T PAPER THIN !!!! No kettle or tea/coffee in the room 2 towels in bathroom, small to medium size, no large ones Shampoo was available in packets, they supplied 2, Toiletries available, very clean modern toilet, no leaks Overall I loved this hotel, i paid 20 pounds for the night and i am 100% sure i will be coming again soon

GGuest UserMixed review, but overall too pricy hostel for the quality of the service. Having a good location and a cute decoration isn’t enough. Pros and cons below : Pros : - Amazing location in the heart of the Medina ideally located - Cute hostel with beautiful tiles - Kind and helpful staff Cons : - The room we booked in advance was not available when we arrived. Instead of a double bed room, we were put in a bunk beds room with no explication or apologies. No solution, accommodations or compensation were offered to us afterwards. Very poor service from the hotel on that side and I saw online afterwards it’s not the first time they’re doing that - Noisy hostel with no soundproof rooms at all. All the rooms are close to each other and open to the dining area with the breakfast starting at 7:30am and people coming back very late at night. Earplugs very much needed - Average breakfast, the quality of the products is poor knowing what is available in the area. Be careful with water as some plastic bottles for breakfast are filled with tap water - Be aware you’ll have to walk at least 5min in little paved streets after taking off your taxi and finding a taxi to leave the area won’t be always very easy

Amazing
SSusanThis hotel was great to stay in. We were only there for 2 nights but that was a good experience. It's kinda hard to find since the entrance is in like a side road but the inside is very nice and comfortable. The person at the front desk the day we arrived was super friendly and even gave us a few bottles of water while we checked in. The room was spacious enough for 3 and included a small fridge. The shower unfortunately leaked a lot of water on the floor so I hope they fixed that after we told them. The included breakfast was great and very filling. You just sit on a table in the lobby area and they bring it to. A croissant, coffee or tea, a yoghurt, a fruit smoothie and bread with butter were included. First breakfast we got a small omelette and the next day was a crepe with Nutella. It was enough to skip lunch. For location it was a small walk to the Bazaar streets (which btw make sure u have a GPS or u never find your way out 😆) you can visit some historical sites or walk down the boulevard in the other direction. We enjoyed our stay and all the staff was super nice and answered all questions

GGuest UserGreat location and very kind staff, let me check in early and left me in peace for the duration of my stay. Hotel is a little dated and amenities are a little basic but it’s cosy and has nice views. Balcony door didn’t open but wasn’t too much of an issue. For the price and location this is a good option.
