The service was excellent, and the location was very convenient. The environment was beautiful, and everything was clean and well-maintained with complete facilities. The breakfast was delicious. It's located behind a hospital, above a shopping mall, and in front of a snack street. Overall, it was really great.

The compact single rooms at this hotel are good for solo travelers. Comfortable and furnished with basic facilities. The location is convenient as it is close to many shops and restaurants in the city. The reception is helpful in attending to guests.

The owner is incredibly thoughtful! When we arrived at the apartment in the morning, our booked room wasn't ready. To ensure we didn't waste any time and could start sightseeing, the owner proactively arranged for us to stay in an unoccupied quad room, without any extra charges. That was very generous of them 🌹. The apartment's location is excellent, situated within the Mojia Street and Daxin Night Market area. You can walk to several attractions like the East Gate, South Gate, and North Gate Mosques, making getting around super convenient 👏🏻. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, offering a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

Xining is a fantastic, vibrant city, and my biggest regret is not staying longer; it deserves way more time than just a quick transit stop thanks to its incredible food scene, night markets, and laid-back vibe. During my visit, I stayed at LETE Hostel, which serves as a solid, character-rich base for exploring the region. The top-floor communal space has real history and soul, beautifully flooded with sunlight, packed with green plants, a massive library, and even three cute resident birds. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly kind-hearted and welcoming, always doing their best to help out. Location-wise, it’s perfect - super convenient for the night markets, local food stalls, and bus stops, plus they offer safe bike storage for cyclists. For the price of a private room, the value and hospitality here are unbeatable, and I would absolutely stay again - and next time, I’ll be giving Xining the full week it deserves.

The hotel we checked into this time was quite unexpected. As soon as we walked to the door with our suitcases, a handsome staff member came to pick us up. I was stunned. It turned out that he was watching us take our suitcases to help us carry our luggage! 😄😄😄 Checking in at the front desk was very fast. It took only a minute or two to complete the check-in. The service attitude was also very good. The little brother kept smiling and helped us carry our luggage throughout the process. I was very touched. The room is also good. Disposable towels, toilet mats and mineral water are provided as gifts. For more than 100 yuan, so many cleaning supplies are given away. What a conscientious business! Room hygiene: Very clean, including bedding, sink, and bathroom. Although there is no elevator, it gave us a warmer feeling! Worthy of praise! ! ! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍,

Good: - The hotel was a 10 minute walk away from Dongguan mosque and the Xiananguan market - Looks fairly new with decent facilities Bad: - I saw a tiny cockroach in my room 5 minutes after checking in. - There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout my first day in the hotel. The staff that came to investigate claimed it was the cleaning agents that they use 🤷. He did try to help by spraying some cleaning agent around the room though. - There is some ventilation vent (which I suspect transmits the cigarette smoke smell between rooms) which also transmits noise from other rooms. I could hear other guests talking loudly at each other in their own rooms past 12am - there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer. I attempted to use them on three separate occasions and only succeeded in my third time. After washing my clothes, the dryer then took 3 hours to fully dry my clothes. Other guests who wanted to use the dryer would have probably been frustrated.

Everything about this place was just right. I really felt the artistic vibe, and I imagine the owner must be a young person with great taste and a big heart, catering to all ages and fulfilling every artistic youth's dream. It's clean, tidy, and has all the services and facilities you could ask for. The cleaning lady was very kind, and the front desk staff was very polite. There were also many enthusiastic travelers. As a Virgo traveler, I am very satisfied! This is a genuine five-star review, not one forced by the owner. I wish all fellow travelers embarking on journeys near and far safe travels; this place truly feels like a harbor for us wanderers. We stayed for several days, and upon our first check-in, there were a lot of cigarette butts under the sink. They were still there on the second, third, and fourth days, completely untouched by housekeeping. Also, the two small nightstands and the phone were covered in dust, clearly never wiped. The bed sheets and duvet cover weren't changed from the first day until the third. However, the location is very convenient, with a supermarket and fruit store right outside, and bus stops nearby. But seriously, the cleanliness needs a major improvement, especially since we were traveling with children and seniors who need a good, clean environment.

Traveling to Qinghai for ten days with friends, we flew from Shenzhen to Xining, and Xining City was our first stop. Hanting Hotel's location is super convenient; it's only a two-kilometer ride by ride-hailing service to the night market, where there are tons of food options. The hotel facilities are complete, clean, and hygienic. The customer service staff are friendly and polite, and the rooms are very comfortable. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended.
