The Yabuli Yabuluoni Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ski resort, offering incredibly convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to the slopes and lifts. The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

Guest UserAll the staff were amazing! It was raining when we arrived, and parking was difficult, but the security guard at the entrance was already waiting for us at the parking lot entrance. He helped guide us to a spot, carried our child, and handled our luggage – truly fantastic. After check-in, the concierge offered warm towels for our hands, poured water, and helped transport our bags to the room. Within a minute, housekeeping delivered slippers and toiletries for our child. The restaurant was excellent, with a great ambiance and complete facilities. It was open from 7 AM to 12 PM, and they even brought yogurt for our child. The food selection was quite comprehensive. Although the hotel facilities are a bit dated, the location is superb. We could see the Songhua River from our room, and it's very close to Central Avenue and St. Sophia Church. Turning right after exiting the hotel, there are various restaurants. At check-out, the concierge even gave us small gifts, including a fridge magnet because we had a child. Both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

Miwa627Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.

This hotel is located in the Central Street business district, making it convenient for shopping. It has five floors, but the building is quite old, and in my opinion, it doesn't quite meet a five-diamond standard.
First, the pros: The rooms in Block A are spacious and well-renovated. The hotel was proactive in addressing issues, and the service attitude was good. The location is convenient, being just over 500 meters from Central Street and the Songhua River, so it's not too far. Taxis are readily available, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.
Now for the cons: The cleanliness wasn't great; I found hair in the corners of the floor after checking in. The facilities also weren't up to par; for example, the hairdryer was broken, and each room seemed to have a different brand of hairdryer. The electric kettle was hot to the touch, and the hot water temperature for showering during the day wasn't high. The restaurant had limited variety, and the food quality was average. There's basically no view from the window.
Finally, a major complaint: If you've booked a room in Block B, I'd recommend not staying there. The room decor is cheap, and the view from the window is terrible, mostly power lines. Block B is separated from Block A by a central garden, and the breakfast restaurant is in Block A.
Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel and Trip.com's service, as issues were actively coordinated and resolved immediately. However, I was quite dissatisfied with the hotel stay itself. I booked based on Trip.com's five-diamond rating, choosing to trust the platform, but the actual experience was significantly different from a five-diamond standard. I suggest the platform strictly vet hotels to prevent inflated reviews from affecting ratings and misleading consumers. This is a genuine stay and an objective review, hoping to help other consumers and encourage the hotel to improve its hardware facilities and operate based on real quality.

HefurennengnengThis hotel, located on Sandaogai Street, boasts an amazing location right off Central Avenue. Whether you want to see the streetscape, river views, or St. Sophia Cathedral, it's all within easy walking distance! Honestly, as a Harbin university student from 2003, this is the first time in over 20 years I've seen Central Avenue deserted in the early morning! It was a truly unique experience. The hotel itself is a classic European-style building, and the public areas, breakfast, and decor are all excellent. The only real drawback is the small room size, but considering its prime location in the Central Avenue business district, it's still very good. For this price, location, and ambiance, the value for money is absolutely superb. The breakfast was incredibly satisfying and fueled me up! The service was exceptional – truly genuine and thoughtful, much more personalized than the standard procedures you find in larger hotels. My only minor complaints are that the gym is pretty abysmal and almost negligible, and since this was a last-minute trip, for some reason they assigned me a room at the very end of the hallway, which felt a bit odd!!!

The hotel is ideally located right on Central Street. Its rich historical charm is a significant selling point. Since my child and I have different routines, I listened to the hotel's introduction twice – once with my husband and once with my child – and the experiences were quite different. The first young lady rattled through the information quickly, almost like reciting from memory. However, the second gentleman was very enthusiastic, telling stories, reminding us to record and take photos, interacting with my child, and even offering to get house-made yogurt for the little one, which was wonderful. The hotel introductions seem to follow a standard template and are a bit too short. Adding more stories would enhance the experience; for example, the introductions at Suzhou Nan Yuan Hotel are particularly engaging.
The hotel kettle is truly ancient. The lid pops open while boiling water, and it doesn't automatically switch off when the water boils, leading to it boiling dry. This is genuinely poor and poses a safety hazard. At breakfast, I asked for sesame oil for my child's noodles, and the noodle-making auntie initially said there wasn't any. I then asked if she could get some from the back kitchen, and she did eventually get some for my child. Overall, the stay was decent, but as a five-star hotel, it needs to improve its service, facilities, and staff training.

Guest UserThis hotel has a beautiful overall environment, and my stay was fantastic. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, especially the front desk, who responded promptly to all requests. They offered polite greetings, and the concierge service was warm and welcoming, treating guests like close friends and family. I never felt any disconnect throughout my stay. Their professionalism and efficiency, along with attention to detail in all aspects, made for an absolutely perfect travel and accommodation experience. I truly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Guest UserThis is the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are always genuinely warm and smiling, not just superficially. They insist on helping with luggage and promptly fulfill any requests. The room itself is also excellent, with a smart toilet and a spacious shower that doesn't feel cramped. While the breakfast buffet selection isn't vast, there's an à la carte menu with daily Chinese and Western options, all delicious. Combined with the buffet, it's quite good. Crucially, it's very convenient. I initially worried about not being near Central Street, but the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the entrance. In reality, unless you're traveling solo, a ride-hailing car to Harbin Pharmaceutical Group General Factory is only 9 RMB, to Zhonghua Baroque it's 9 RMB, and to Central Street, it's just over ten RMB. I took taxis every day during my stay and found it cheap and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again on my next visit.

MuzixiaotuThis is the biggest hotel I've stayed in for this price point. I love the hotel's style – it's very photogenic, the ambiance is great, and the service is excellent. Special shout-out to Sally Zhang, the executive lounge concierge, for her incredibly thoughtful and wonderful service! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Aside from being a bit pricey, I have no other complaints. I'll definitely come back when I have more money. The breakfast is super thoughtful, serving until 1 PM, and afternoon tea is from 2 PM to 8 PM. The hotel's scent is also lovely. They used to have late-night snacks, but not anymore – I highly recommend bringing them back permanently! Also, the toiletries used to be small bottles you could take home, but now they've switched to large bottles that can't be taken. 😭

Guest UserAs the only hotel in Harbin that can truly be called a bit luxurious, it generally lives up to its reputation. The location, rooms, service, and amenities are all quite good. Bottled water is provided upon request, and the lotus decoration at the entrance is also very unique.
The decor style is more simple and bright, a stark contrast to the Ritz-Carlton Tianjin where I stayed a few days ago – both are good in their own way.
However, getting in and out of the hotel isn't very convenient, especially if you want to cross the road to the Songhua River. You have to navigate a really awkward traffic light intersection; the red light is very long, and even when it's green, there are cars turning right at high speed, which makes you quite nervous.
The city view rooms have a poor outlook, filled with crowded, matchbox-like buildings with hardly any greenery.
There's only one stool and one armchair in the room, which isn't very convenient.
There's also a heating vent on the windowsill, so I was hesitant to put my phone there for fear of it falling off.
