3-Star Hotels in Puebla State, Mexico

Price quality well, very central location at a square of the zocalo to move is great , need to improve attention from the display and care for cleaning there were residues from the previous guest , request a roll and never arrived , If you can improve the image of TV.

The location is great and the service was good too. But the hotel is outdated.

To use the air conditioning, you had to call the reception to get up, access the room and take/switch out the air or change the temperature. At midnight there is no hot water and one day during the bathroom I stop out of the bathroom (neither hot nor cold)

The location is excellent to meet Zacatlan, all very close.

There is no hair dryer in the hotel room, close to Sam's supermarket, and there is a Wal-Mart on the side. If you drive by car, there is a parking lot. There is also a large shopping mall nearby Breakfast is generally like, will be full.

On the first night of check-in, I found hair and shoe prints on the sheets. The front desk phone was called for an hour and no one answered. I went downstairs to the front desk to ask for a change of sheets. It was another hour and no one came. I went downstairs again to urge, and then someone changed the sheets.

We extended our stay with the hotel twice because it was quite a nice place to spend our time whole in Puebla. All staff were great. The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were a plus. The AC, hot water, and water pressure were a bonus. The location was nice for walks. There are many things to see and do close by. Taxis are plentiful outside the hotel and quick drive to zocolo. Should I return to Puebla, I would stay here again.

Good for a Short Stay The hotel is fine if you’re in town for a quick trip. It provides the basics you need—clean rooms and a decent place to rest. The breakfast is a bit limited and could be improved, and the service is just OK, nothing remarkable. That said, everything else is fine, and I would still recommend it mainly because it’s clean and functional. A solid option for a short stay.

No estuve mucho tiempo. Pero fue un lugar muy agradable, buena atención, lo mejor la vista desde las alturas, delicioso el buffet y en general todo bien.
