The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and city center, and offers comprehensive facilities, though the pool is rather small.

Very beautiful hotel, one could call it upscale the least - better than many other 5 star hotels I stayed at, while officially it is actually not classified with 5 stars. Most staff was extremely friendly and professional. It smells nice, feels fancy, floor heating, rain shower, sound isolation, all the little nice things. It is just missing a sauna, only issue I could point out.

Definitely recommended when having an early flight or late arrival. Staff is nice and friendly; hotel and area look modern and glass-y, rooms are spacious, clean and lovely, especially the interior design. They offer a kettle and a bit of tea and coffee. Depending on when you arrive/book, you may choose between a room with a shower or a bath tub. Spa area is also available, included for guests staying overnight is sauna and pool. (Massages available at extra cost.) Towels and bathrobe are available at the site, they also provide drinking water which is very kind. We would come back here anytime when having an early flight. A great way to start (or even end) a trip.

5* Hotel in the central location of the old town of Dinkelsbühler. Excellent integration of a comfortable hotel with all the comforts into a historic building. Very nice, pre-existent, unimpedant service. Rooms are tastefully furnished and generously furnished. Very varied breakfast buffet with partly domestic, also house-made specialities. We were particularly successful in the SPA, which was set in the extended former roof chair - the area and the well-tempered, covered outdoor basin with views of the old town's roofs - a absolute highlight!

We, my wife, our daughter and I, are walking around the Christmas market in Lindau. The second time we're staying at the BH. There are hotels and there are hotels, some are memorable and others aren't. Two rooms, same price, request to be next to each other, different bed sizes, don't know why. Hotel service exceeded expectations, free late check-out for one hour was given very readily. Breakfast was not bad, there is parking lot, 20 euros a day, you can go in and out, from check-in, you can park until 10 o'clock the next night, it is still very convenient, especially in the city center of Nuremberg, you can check out and continue to go shopping, don't worry about the parking fee. It is very close to the must-see attractions, and you can visit the city center except Nuremberg Castle in two or three hours.

The environment is very good. You can see various attractions in Berchtesgaden from a distance. The mountain behind is the Eagle's Nest. The breakfast is also very rich, with buffet and a la carte, and the view is excellent. Even the hotel has started to use recycled slippers, saying that it is environmentally friendly and cost-saving, but overall it is good. Driving in the middle of the mountain is more flexible. If you don't drive, many taxis know this hotel. You can also ask the front desk to help call a taxi when you check out.

The Westin lives up to its reputation as a five-star hotel; the service was excellent. We booked a triple room including breakfast and dinner for three nights. Upon check-in, the front desk informed us that the buffet dinner area was closed for some reason that day, so they arranged for us to dine at the bar. We were initially a bit worried, but it turned out to be an authentic Western meal with appetizers, main courses, desserts, and drinks – nothing was missing, and it was all delicious, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet was also very rich. The room was quite spacious, and it even had air conditioning. The only minor drawbacks were the rather small parking spaces, which made parking a bit difficult, and that the hotel facilities are showing their age. However, overall, it was quite good, and I recommend it!
