I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money. My ratings: Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10 Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently) Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis) Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced) View & Hotel Location: 5/10 I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.

Nice stay at this hotel. I stayed for two nights, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The main downside was the limited dining options. The hotel is close to Taman Safari, but the location is affected by the Puncak traffic system with alternating road closures.

The common areas were beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the property was calm and inviting. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options to suit different tastes and dietary. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional service, comfort, and value. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free experience.

Love the place, its really in the city area and quite close to braga & there is horse carriage rides on the weekend! How lovely! The staffs are all so efficient, friendly and nice! The room’s lovely with the bathtub and its big, really big! The tv’s also a smart tv, hence we could stream netflix. Room was quiet and the roadside didnt affect the noise inside. Will definitely come again!

The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and I genuinely looked forward to returning to the room after a long day. One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of food. Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. The hotel is beautifully designed with a very unique and stylish concept. The room was spacious and spotless, and I absolutely loved the design of the shower area it was modern and impressive. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city’s main attractions and busy areas. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay if you appreciate great design and comfort.

Pullman Bandung Grand Central is one of those places that quietly reminds you what good hospitality feels like. From the moment I arrived, there was a sense of calm professionalism that made everything flow easily. The lobby was bright and elegant without feeling distant. The staff were attentive and warm, not in a scripted way but genuinely present. That kind of energy sets the tone for the whole stay. The room was spacious, modern, and peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view opened to the city and the hills, and at night the lights of Bandung felt almost poetic. After a long day of meetings and movement, it was the perfect space to slow down. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and a touch of local flavor. Sitting by the window with coffee in hand, watching Bandung slowly come alive, became one of my favorite moments each morning.

The room was quite good, and I was very satisfied with the hygiene. The service attitude was excellent, and the breakfast had a good variety. We stayed in room 01, which had two glass walls, offering fantastic natural light and views. However, the motorcycle noise outside was quite loud. Booking in advance was very cost-effective.

The building is gorgeous but the rooms are quite old. Renovation is needed. It's a nice hotel, good breakfast and very good coffee. Because of Ramadan, only one restaurant is open. But anyway, it's a nice hotel, highly recommended.
