I came to Dublin for two weeks and stayed for two days in the first week. My son asked me to stay there later, so I stayed for five days in the second week to experience the hotel in depth. The hotel is surrounded by mountains, and the environment is very suitable for vacation; the guest rooms are elegant and retro, and the design is reasonable; the hotel's two different-style restaurants are very good, and my child yells to go back to the hotel for steak and mashed potatoes every day; the sports facilities are good, and the swimming pool Overall it was good, but the surfing pool was a bit dirty; the only surprise was that the room service was lacking during the process, and the hotel manager immediately solved it after raising the issue. I believe I will continue to choose this hotel next time.

The location is far away from the city spouts hard to find the taxi Check in process was smooth Spacious and clean room Great customer service on some of the staffs but there are few staffs were lack of training Breakfast buffet was amazing but dinner was ok, the quality of the food at the bar was medium which need to be improve
