The best even hotel I’ve ever stayed in Europe. Super perfect service, highly professional and quality staff, good English, efficient, and take care of my every details. Quality physical condition of the hotel, the hotel is a re-renovated building from a flour mill, so that it is very spacious, my room is big enough also in European hotel. Great location, 15-minute from St Mark’s Sq, chilled island and not distanced but you’ve to take water taxi to get to the hotel Qualify breakfast, an unforgettable enjoyment for my stay Reliable Water shuttle bus - one of the very important services provided by the hotel to go to / from St Mark’s Sq, Euro15 for the whole stay, 30-minute frequency every day. And the hotel also offer complimentary water taxi to Murano Island everyday, so that I can visit both Murano and Burano at the same day.

The hotel is beautiful and well-decorated, with an elegant blend of classic and modern styles. However, its location is a bit far from the main attractions. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the staff, who were extremely polite and attentive. Unfortunately, the Valentine’s Day dinner was a major disappointment. Despite having great potential to be a special night, it lacked planning and romance. There was no themed decoration, and the music selection was completely off, with Latin music playing instead of a romantic Italian soundtrack. The only saving grace of the evening was the menu—the food was simply delicious, and I am immensely grateful to the chef for that. Without his exceptional cuisine, the night would have been completely ruined. Another frustrating detail was the absence of live music, despite the presence of a piano in the hotel. Throughout the entire weekend, there was no performance, which was a shame, as small details like this could have made a big difference in the atmosphere. Overall, the hotel has its qualities, but the service feels more like a 4-star standard rather than a true 5-star experience.

The canal outside the room is beautiful, and the hotel is located on a street full of designer brands, making shopping and entertainment very convenient. The bed is very comfortable, and I slept soundly.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price. Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.

Room facilities and sanitation are OK; the staff service attitude, courtesy and thoughtful are very good, and they also take the initiative to give drinks; the new hotel is indeed more fashionable and novel, with a sense of technology and modernity, so that I use voice, so as not to type the result is comfortable and pleasant; The air conditioning in the hotel lobby is very sufficient and powerful, so that Italy 🇮🇹 summer travel is cool and comfortable; breakfast is OK; the location is very good, very close to the shopping mall business district, many main attractions can be reached on foot, and the safety factor is high; A pleasant stay experience, it is worthy of a new five-star hotel with high evaluation. The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes' walk from surrounding attractions and about 28 minutes' walk from the lonely San Lucia train station. However, it is not recommended for travelers with suitcases to walk, although the original picture has a good view. You can go out from the train station and take the bus line 5.2. I may not have bought the ticket properly, but it cost 9 euros to get from the hotel to the train station. The hotel is not very close or far from the shopping street. However, the walking navigation signal is easy to drift. After walking into many narrow alleys, you have to find a way out. The hotel room is small and the bathroom is large. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes. When I contacted the front desk, they said that the toothbrush was gone, which was very frustrating. The hotel is near the seaside. You can go there for a walk and have a cup of coffee in the morning. It's not bad either. The hotel recommended two restaurants: OGINA and which one is 50 meters straight on the right side of the hotel. OGINA Forget it, it's not that good. The other seafood restaurant was okay and the service was good. I ate there all day, but I had diarrhea the next morning. Maybe it was because I was lactose intolerant myself and ate a lot of cheese. The breakfast in the hotel is very basic. It costs 25 euros and 5 euros plus tax. I am not happy with the 29 euros. Overall, I spent 2,000 a night and enjoyed 3 stars in a first-tier domestic city. One advantage of the hotel is that the hassle of taxis is free. z z z

We had a wonderful stay at The Venice Venice Hotel. The team went above and beyond to make our anniversary truly special. From the thoughtful room setup to the complimentary touches, everything was beautifully arranged and made us feel warmly celebrated. The service was professional yet personal, and we truly appreciate the attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt experience in Venice.

The Grand Savoia was fantastic, hospitable and accommodating. When we arrived, due to a backend error, they had not received our reservation and were fully booked with no rooms available. Despite the error not being made on behalf of the hotel they took very good care of us. They put us in an upgraded room at their sister hotel just across the street and made all amenities of the 5 star grand hotel available to us. 10/10. They’ve done a great job.

The hotel and room are very good. Free shuttle was provided between hotel and San Marco at the time of my visit. The staff is very helpful and handle my request promptly. I also enjoy the time in blue bar which has excellent service and food. Highly recommended.

An absolutely excellent hotel, the best one I stayed at during my European trip. The room decor was very high-end and stylish. They even prepared champagne and desserts for us as we were on our honeymoon, which was a lovely touch. It's within walking distance of Venezia Santa Lucia train station, and there's a water taxi stop right in front of the hotel, which is super convenient. The hotel also helped us book a taxi directly to Marco Polo Airport, which cost 160 Euros and got us there in just 15 minutes. Since we had an early morning flight and couldn't make it to breakfast, the hotel thoughtfully packed some snacks, fruit, and yogurt for us to take on the go.
