5-Star Hotels in Chiba Prefecture, Japan

We stayed on the 7th floor and the view from our room was absolutely incredible. The hotel itself was stunning, with comfortable beds and a beautifully designed bathroom. The complimentary breakfast offered such an impressive variety that I genuinely didn’t know where to start. The location is ideal just a two‑minute walk to the station and getting to Disney couldn’t have been easier. It’s a straightforward route with four clear stops, so there’s no way to go wrong. The staff were amazing throughout our stay. Service in Japan is exceptional, and the Sheraton Grande truly reflects that standard. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A grand hotel and resort indeed. Due to its secluded location, the hotel is only suitable for those who drive otherwise pretty stranded in this nice hotel but meals are quite costly even for Accor members. Rooms are perfect, so clean and new, and huge for our Junior Suite. Onsen is good and snacks and drinks are available during the afternoon and later in the evening. Attractions near the hotel are within walking distance. Sunset is awesome here.

It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

Staying at the Hilton Tokyo Disney Resort was an absolutely fantastic experience, exceeding all my expectations! The location is superb, with a complimentary shuttle bus making it super convenient to get to and from the parks. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the playful design absolutely delighted my kids. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The whole atmosphere felt magical yet comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Disney. Highly recommended!

Family mart at the lobby, convenient to have a quick bite before an early flight or even late arrival flight Room: Simple and clean. Is old but is well-maintained. Iron board provided and many hangers available Charging port with USB port available beside bed and also available on desk - universal adapter recommended TV: not too friendly to navigate. Basic channels available Overall experience is great.

My stay was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, bright, and designed with a modern minimalist style that created a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom amenities exceeded expectations-premium toiletries and even a Dyson hairdryer, a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience. The bedding was plush and comfortable, and cleanliness was impeccable-every corner was spotless. The location was ideal, especially convenient for early flights or late arrivals. Staff were warm and efficient during check-in. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended!

I forgot to take pictures, but there's a direct airport bus from Narita Airport that drops you off at Shin-Urayasu Station, which is super convenient. You'll find convenience stores, a subway station, and a mall, all within easy reach. And for Disney, it goes without saying, the hotel makes it incredibly easy to get there and back. Breakfast was delicious too 👍🏻

We had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, making it easy to travel to and from Disneyland and DisneySea. The room is spacious and features a bathtub, which is perfect for kids to soak and have fun playing with their little rubber duckies. However, it would be great if the hotel could offer more food options in the evening, especially after the parks close.

The entire hotel has an elegant impression. Breakfast was buffet-style, and we enjoyed both Japanese and Western dishes. The menu has changed slightly, but everything was delicious. I especially recommend the waffles. There was a casual dress code, so we prepared accordingly. There is also a pool, and although there is a fee, we went in with our family. There is an age-restricted area. Swim caps are required, but they were available to borrow (free of charge). There is a microwave near the front desk. The room was spacious, and even with the air conditioning on, it was comfortable and didn't dry out (it was early July). They replenished water and amenities (other than basic cosmetics), which was very helpful. Everyone was very kind and helpful. As it is a hotel in the middle of nature, there are insects.

The hotel lobby is stunning, and it's incredibly convenient to get to, with a direct bus from Haneda Airport's bus stop number 5. It's actually right next to Bayside Station on the Disney Line. Even if you miss the hotel shuttle, it's just a short walk to the Disney Line. The staff are warm and polite, and the hotel's dinner buffet is excellent value for money with a great variety of dishes. We were late coming back from the park and decided last-minute to have dinner at the hotel, and the buffet was open until 10:30 PM. The rooms are much larger than those in the city, clean, tidy, and comfortable.
