5-Star Hotels in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan

The room's location is excellent, right next to the train station which is a large shopping complex itself, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel's breakfast is superb. It's the best choice for a business trip to Hiroshima!

The location is incredibly convenient. The airport shuttle is right downstairs, and you can directly access the JR and Shinkansen stations from the second floor. Shopping and getting around are super easy. The hotel service is excellent. They have a happy hour every night from 5-7 PM with half-price drinks, and you can even order sushi and tempura at reasonable prices. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is decent, making it easy to catch a taxi, and the 50 bus stops right outside. The facilities are comprehensive, the rooms are clean, and the soundproofing is good. The pool staff are warm and friendly, and the water quality is excellent! The front desk service was adequate, but as usual, they were quite serious with non-members. Breakfast was quite crowded, and the food quality was average.

The room is spacious and impeccably clean. It features a minimalist aesthetic with a neutral color scheme, wood flooring, and uncluttered layout. Two large windows fill the room with natural light and offer great views of the neighborhoods north and east of Hiroshima Station. Additionally, the hotel staff is courteous and extremely helpful. The location is unbeatable for convenience. The 7th-floor reception lobby offers direct elevator access to the station (2nd, 1st, and B1 floors), while a side entrance leads directly into Minamoa Mall. There is also a department store across from the South Exit. Consequently, guests have a plethora of dining, shopping and transport options right at their doorstep.

They provided transportation from the port! Also, there was a welcome drink, the place was spotlessly clean, and the calm atmosphere made me feel very relaxed. The view from the room was absolutely stunning 💓 There was Hayashi rice for a late-night snack and dessert during the day, so I was able to fully enjoy myself just within Etajima-so! Blowing bubbles in the footbath was so much fun ♪

Thank you for providing us with wonderful time and space, Mr. Tsuji and Mr. Tanaka, the staff who took care of us during our stay. We stayed here to celebrate our first anniversary, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The room was absolutely beautiful, and above all, every staff member provided such attentive and thoughtful service that made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to everyone, we had a perfect trip. This is the second closest hotel to the station, with Daiwa being the first. The downside of being so close is the noise from passing trains. The overall soundproofing of the hotel isn't great either; I could clearly hear the cleaning staff talking in the hallway during my afternoon nap. Also, for some reason, there were sudden, loud cracking noises in the room. At first, I thought it might be the wooden furniture expanding and contracting due to temperature changes, making a loud 'CRACK!', but then I wondered how that could be when the AC was on constantly. These noises were quite disturbing in the middle of the night. The fridge was also noisy, and so was the AC. In short, there was a mix of various noises, yet somehow they seemed to cancel each other out – quite a bizarre experience. The facilities are a bit old, but the room itself is spacious. It was clean, and the service was very good.

This is one of the best hotel we have stayed near hiroshima. Definitely worth staying and highly recommened

The hotel staff is kind and courteous, the design is artistic, the room is large, clean and tidy, and the Japanese style is simple and beautiful, but the location is remote and the hot spring facilities are simpler, which can be improved.

This hotel is great. Hiroshima Airport called a taxi for about 1 hour. The hotel is pure Japanese style, and there are a large number of koi. The room has a private soup, dinner is outstanding, and I stayed for two nights without repeating.
