The entire hotel's indoor public space is interesting, the room distribution and space transformation is very creative, is a part of Guanajuato's surprise.
The restaurant is in the central lobby and the breakfast is full.
The roof has a lovely terrace and a cloister, and you can see the statue of Pippila and the representative city scenery in different directions. We live on the 5th floor and can enjoy it very easily.
The staff enthusiastically helped us solve many problems, and English communication was barrier-free.

The location, service and cleanliness are perfect.
You can also take the cable car for free, and you can go to Pipila Hill in about 15 seconds.
However, there was no hot water, only cold water, so I couldn't take a bath, and the washroom was full of water, so it was a pity about the plumbing.

The service upon arrival was very good, although it took a while to check in, it was already after 3 and they already had several guests waiting to get into the room, they said that they had not yet updated the status of the rooms.
In the room almost everything was fine, except for the amount of water in the shower and in the sink faucet, there was little.
At check out, the girl who helped me was very fast although her attitude was not the best when I asked her about the bill, as if she was busy or in a bad mood.
In general it is a good hotel, very well located

It was a very clean hotel.
There is a room in the middle corridor type, and some places have no windows, and the windows are only on the corridor side.
Amenities are at least available. The dryer was lent at the entrance.
On the facilities side, the hot water in the shower was too wet and water.

Overall it's good, relatively simple but clean. The hotel breakfast is not too rich, but I don't mind it. The hotel is located a little far from the tourist center of Guanajuato's old town. Friends who want to visit tourist attractions conveniently should consider it carefully. .

Bbm998I stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Silao Aeropuerto Bajio for a business trip and was overall very pleased with the experience. The standout feature for me was the extremely comfortable bed—perfect for getting a restful night's sleep before a busy day.
The free airport shuttle was another big plus. I called as soon as I landed, and the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes—fast, convenient, and stress-free.
While the stay was generally very good, I did notice the bathroom cleanliness could use a bit more attention, especially around the small details. The toilet was also clogged upon arrival, which was a minor inconvenience.
That said, the value for the price was excellent, and despite those small issues, I would definitely return for future business trips. With a bit more attention to bathroom maintenance, this would be a near-perfect stay.

I heard some music for a short while, but it wasn’t late. I found the breakfast above average as the chef knows how to prepare eggs nicely (not pulverized or overcooked to minuscule crumbs), but the orange juice didn’t seem authentic.
Hotel staff was friendly & welcoming. My room was spotless!

Very nice decoration following “Quijote” theme.
Location is quite good with a beautiful view from the roof top , but quite high in San Miguel you will have to climb to get to the property ( not suitable for everybody)
Overall satisfied with good price for value

However, I booked a room with a kitchen, but there were no cooking utensils such as a knife, cutting board, or pot. When I requested a knife for cooking, I was given a meat-cutting knife instead.

GGuest UserI was very happy with this classic hacienda on the hill with great overview of the wide valley 😃 - the hotel has save private parking lots and quiet surrounding. The swimming pool was refreshing - you only have to walk a steep street or take a Uber/Taxi to reach to city center and back.

GGuest User這是一家充滿藝術氣息的小規模酒店。每間客房設計都不同。我親自住過3個房間。更讓我驚喜的是酒店工作人員的熱情，儘管語言不同，但儘量理解我的要求並滿足。要説明的是酒店離市中心步行要25分鐘左右，也不是五星酒店的設施，適合經濟旅行的人。It's a small hotel but you can feel art everywhere in it. each room has it own design. I have stayed in 3 rooms and everyone is different. What made me happy much is their people's. Although I can't speak Spanish well, they tried understand me and help me all. off course, must say, it is need about 25 minutes to arrive downtown by walking. if take a car, only 5 minutes. and it isn't a 5 star hotel, is meet who want travel with ecnomico plan.
