The front desk staff were great, and the service was excellent. The room design was also nice, but there were three very large flies in the room. The shower design was poorly thought out, with no separation between the wet and dry areas, so the entire bathroom was soaked after a shower.
Absolutely loved it! The room was huge, brand new, and super comfortable, with a fantastic view. It's a shame we only stayed one night; we could even see the Milky Way from the large terrace at night. Despite being close to the airport, there were no planes taking off or landing at night, so it didn't disturb our sleep at all. The hotel restaurant was also delicious, especially the massive lamb shoulder.
This hotel is very close to the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere. There's also parking right outside the hotel entrance, which is great for travelers with cars. The rooms have a lovely artistic feel, and the outdoor spaces are also filled with an artistic atmosphere. I loved it!
If you absolutely must stay here, choose the lake-view apartment. I didn't pay attention when booking. Firstly, the room was small, and secondly, there's nowhere to eat nearby except the hotel restaurant. I originally wanted to change my plans midway to visit Dunedin. I submitted a request to modify the dates on Trip.com two days before check-in, but I never received a reply. It wasn't until I asked in person on the day of check-in that they said it was possible, but they would charge us over 3,000 for one night. 🙄 I have to give Trip.com a serious bad review here. Initially, they said they would intervene if the hotel didn't respond by the deadline, but later they said that since the hotel's response deadline had passed, the original order would proceed. They didn't even bother with a superficial effort. When submitting the modification request, I noticed that we had pre-booked a lake-view room for three nights for over 10,000, but upgrading to a better room type later on was actually over a thousand cheaper. The only upside is the beautiful scenery. Everything else is a complaint. After eating at the restaurant, we wanted to go back to our room to rest, only to find that staff had entered the room to fix the air conditioning without any request from us. We'd been there for two nights and hadn't noticed any problem with the AC. The cleaning was also very perfunctory. The shower glass had too many gaps, so water always leaked everywhere, and when our wet slippers were thrown away, they weren't replaced. In short, don't expect to be treated like a guest when you come here.
Facilities: The resort has complete facilities, a good environment, and a large golf course. The hotel rooms are average, American style.
Hygiene: The hygiene of New Zealand hotels is good.
Environment: Really good! There are also many foreigners staying here, all of whom come to play golf on vacation.
Service: Not bad!
I checked in at 3:30 PM only to be given a dirty room, which was very disappointing. I immediately went to the front desk to report it, and they asked me to wait. I then asked if an upgrade was possible because the room felt very cramped, and the window only offered a view of the resort grounds, not the sea. It was room 213B, and all 'B' rooms apparently don't have sea views. You definitely need to pick an 'A' room for a good view. A little later, the front desk told me there were no rooms available and still asked me to wait. After another short wait, they said I could switch to room 201B. Upon opening the door, it was much better – it had a side window and even a partial sea view!
The balcony is very French. The room smells like bbq though. Ventilation is a good thing unless we are just across the street from fergberger... Told the staff we want away from the buzzling restaurants, got reassured by the receptionist that we are indeed away from the restaurants, bot when we got to the room and boom it was facing the restaurants. We are not the type of person who go down the stairs to change rooms. The receptionist was very talkative and confident. I dont want to be rude but she kind of gave us a vibe of snake oil sales man... Pardon my French.
The location of the hotel is very close to the Skyline station, and just a few minutes walking to the very famous burger shop in Queenstown. In The room is clean and with a lovely view to see the mountains. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for providing such a beautiful place for us to stay in Queenstown.
Very good a hotel apartment, very warm design, perfect facilities, neat and clean, just like your own home. Enjoying the sun on the balcony and drinking a glass of beer is life. The weather in Wanaka is too good. The hotel service is very nice and responds to requests. Also the washing machine comes with disposable detergent, too courteous. The bed was also very comfortable, the shower water was large enough to shower and shampoo very comfortable. Hope to have the chance to stay again next time.

GGuest UserThis Queenstown trip involved three nights at different hotels due to tight availability: Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel, Ramada by Wyndham Queenstown Central, and Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa. Park Boutique left the deepest impression. Though not downtown, its location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a 5-minute walk to the town center. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive, with a nightly wine tasting salon. Breakfast featured a partial buffet with main courses ordered à la carte. However, each guest could only order their main course once. Ideally, a second order could be offered for an additional fee, allowing larger groups to sample more dishes. The best part was the practical facilities: a small kitchen, a bathroom with separate wet and dry zones, and a mattress that was perfectly firm and comfortable. Surprisingly, there was even a fireplace, adding warmth to slightly chilly evenings. In short, if you're heading to Queenstown for a relaxing getaway, Park Boutique is the ideal place to stay.

GGuest UserI am very satisfied and happy during the stay in QT. They gave us heaps of treats : fresh milk, chocolates, juice, welcome pastry. They are all tasty and yummy. the texture of the pastry is soft. I never felt like this before in other 5 stars hotel. Although they did not provide free water bottles in the room, but overall the experience is awsome.

GGuest UserThis is the hotel I can't wait to write a review for. It is located near the Queenstown Botanical Gardens, outside the city center, and is quiet in the bustling city. I especially like the hotel's facilities and services: First of all, I called in advance to inform the itinerary, but I didn't expect that I would be arranged to check in early, which increased my time for sightseeing as I only had one day in Queenstown; secondly, the room is large, beautiful and smells good; the hotel not only provides free snacks and drinks, Nespresso coffee machines, triangular tea bags, and even milk is provided free of charge, but it is also the only hotel in New Zealand that provides toothbrushes and toothpaste; the TV channels are also complete, and you can watch Netflix, just say it's good or not; a small balcony overlooks the cherry blossoms and the night view of the town, just say it's worth it; happyhour provides wine; especially the front desk, enthusiastic, smiling, I feel very comfortable. I will choose to stay in this hotel in Queenstown for a few more nights on my second visit, so that I can visit the surrounding towns. I’m not good at translating above into English, but I do hope this hotel could keep providing superb and hospitalized facilities and I want to thank the staffs for their kindly and warmly permanence!
GGuest UserGood location within walking distance to the lake and the city centre.
Friendly staff.
Breakfast provided good choice of fresh bakeries, juices and additional hot dishes.
Parking fee is a bit high considerably this is not a capital-city or financial hub.
