All facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

During our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

The hotel is totally awesome with super friendly staff across all roles that make me feel the hospitality of Riyadh. The hotel is new with awesome view of the kingdom center. It is within 5 mins walk to the metro station and is closed to a shopping mall.

Everything was top-notch, except the internet was a bit slow, probably because I was on the 17th floor. But honestly, everything else was absolutely fantastic – the service, cleanliness, view, and everything else was truly excellent. I'd definitely come back. I just wish I had more time to use the facilities like the gym, coffee shop, and restaurant.

We arrived in the early morning to check in. The front desk staff was very responsible. The next day we had to go to the airport to catch a flight after watching a football game, and time was very tight. The hotel concierge, Concierge bellman Ibrahim, gave us a lot of help, allowing us to watch the game without worry and take the hotel car to the airport. This was my first time visiting the Al Faishaliah Hotel for business. The facilities were very clean and nice, but the women's gym felt a bit far away. The staff were incredibly friendly. Jahangir Bellman, in particular, was so welcoming and kind that I'd love to visit again. I couldn't find a meeting place near the hotel, so he guided me there himself. Thank you so much! I'm curious why the Uber drivers couldn't find the hotel location. What could be the problem?

All hotel staffs is profession and excellents services . I would like to go vevspecial thanx to restaurant staffs .i forgot my Bluetooth on the table , they keep it for me . The manager also follow up to make sure i get it back . Other thanx is to housekeeping staffs , during my three weeks stays , room 1505 and 1117 . All housepeeing has reach high standard . The resptionist all good and helpful. The lobby cafe staff , great great . Concierge really helpful in every aspect .

As i am coming from “Dubai” the world class city with the best hospitality levels i would say that this hotel stay was “One of my best staycations ever across the world”. Very high level of quality in service and i am giving this hotel 7 stars. So I difintely recommend this hotel for any couples, family or groups.

The room was great and spacious, and there weren't many Chinese guests. The front desk staff clearly remembered my room number and were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent, perfect for the Chinese palate. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Saudi Arabia next year! Every day, as soon as my taxi pulled up, a bellboy would be there to open the door and help with my luggage.
