Overall, an excellent hotel, but the internet connection is very poor. It's located in the heart of the old town. The rooms are spacious, and they provide a tea set and replenish water. However, there's no shampoo or conditioner in the shower.

Location a 10-minute walk from the city. You can park in a garage about a 4-minute walk away. The staff is very friendly. Upon arrival, there was a box of chocolates, and upon departure, we received cookies. The room could have been cleaner; there were still hairs in the bathtub. Breakfast was fine but nothing special.

Hotel Portinari in Bruges is a gem! The modern design is both stylish and inviting, creating a lovely atmosphere. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city’s main attractions. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bruges!

The hotel is located in the old town of Bruges, making it very convenient for getting around. Just a heads-up: the entrance is right on a cobblestone street, so I wouldn't recommend bringing very heavy luggage. The hotel's common areas are quite stylish, but the rooms feel a bit dated. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and high-quality options. The biggest downside was the extremely low shower pressure in the rooms on the first floor (second floor for Americans). It made showering quite uncomfortable and chilly. I've seen other reviews mention the shower pressure issue, so I'm not sure if it's a widespread problem or just in certain rooms.

The room is quite big for Belgium, and the service is good. The advantage is that the wet and dry rooms are separated, but the only drawback is that there is no sink in the bathroom, so you have to go to the shower room to wash your hands. But this can be overcome. Everything else is good, the name is a bit strange from the Chinese perspective, but it doesn't matter.

The room was spacious. The price was reasonable. The hotel is next to the train station which is walkable to the town center. The staff was very friendly. There is drinking water some snacks and fruits upon arrival.

My partner and I had one of the mansion suites on the 3rd floor. Although our room didn’t have a view it was spacious and comfortable. The toiletries smelt divine. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of fruit and fresh juices / smoothies. Customised omelettes were made. The hotel itself is boutique, contemporary and in a good location to Brugge Train Station, buses and also all the main attractions. It is nestled down a quiet street but still close enough to main attractions. You have waffles and fresh potato fries shops within a minute walk from the hotel, including a supermarket if you need anything.

這個是一個獨立的樓層，包括兩個房間和一個大廳，一個乾濕分離的廁所，只是需要先到主酒店那裏拿鎖匙和入大樓的密碼入住，不知道也是比較麻煩。所以一定要提早入住，但是地點很好，就在廣場，非常方便。打錯的也很清潔。

POS: very central location 50 mtr from casino and beach; historical building with old charm; quite big but with a family atmosphere; (my) room recently renovated; pleasant bar area; quiet; considering location reasonably priced. NEG: elavator super slow, tiny and shaky at times (7 floors); bathroom good but shower itself clumsy; staff could use some extra training ＞ in 4 days' stay there was always something not done or missing, and worst of all in spite of plenty of mgmt messages to save energy, in 2/4 days we came back late night and aircon had been switched on (by staff, not us), on a day it was barely 20 degrees, meaning complete waste of energy, and cost.
