To catch the sunrise, sunset, and sea of clouds, an overnight stay is a must! I'd heard great things about Baiyun Hotel for a long time, so I booked it without hesitation. Considering its mountaintop location, the hardware might not be top-notch, but the key is the excellent service. Shi Xiaomin's service made us feel right at home. From her thoughtful care before we even arrived, to upgrading our room and bringing us various warm treats (fruit, drinks, coffee, a foot soak bucket, performance notifications, and important notices), everything felt incredibly welcoming. Thank you, Xiaomin! I'll definitely look for you again next time!

This stay experience really exceeded expectations! The location of the hotel is superb, it is very convenient to travel and go shopping, and the surrounding facilities are also complete. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn, and there was no noise at all. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast and smooth, and the demand can be responded in time. I will choose this one next time I come here. It is highly recommended!

Furthermore, the service here was exceptionally heartwarming. The staff were polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly, demonstrating professionalism in every detail. From check-in to check-out, I felt a genuine sense of sincerity throughout my stay. It's perfect whether you're staying for a short visit or a few days. I've already saved this hotel and will definitely be returning.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and the location is super convenient. What really stood out was how the hotel anticipated our needs, even before we thought of them. Since it's on a pedestrian street and cars can't drive right up, the front desk proactively asked if we needed parking for our car and if we needed help with our luggage upon arrival. So thoughtful! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, breakfast was varied and fresh, and the afternoon tea was a lovely touch in an elegant setting. They even offered a comforting late-night snack. It truly felt like a home away from home. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Anhui, and I'd recommend it to all my friends!

Was pleasantly surprised to find such an authentic century old cluster of 4 buildings beautifully renovated with modern amenities and yet manage to create a Zen environment that has a historic vibe with a peaceful atmosphere of tree, shrubs, flowers and artifacts. It has a beautiful appointed common areas to relax in with individual rooms for tea ceremony, music, reading and more. The hotel is 40 meters behind the main pedestrian street with all the shops and restaurants but it is all quiet and tranquil in the hotel, like you just step back in time. The breakfast is a little spartan and limited choices. I was ok with coffee, eggs and toast, it has limited Chinese breakfast selection. But 40 meters away on the Main Street you will find Starbucks, Dairy Queen, and KFC in the same corner, that was a bigger surprise. A stay to remember, unique and a great way to relax and appreciate peacefulness after a day of sight seeing. The room is spacious, good bed, clean, has a kettle, mini fridge with high quality Chinese tea leaves to brew your own tea. Highly recommend place to stay in the area.

Stayed one night at Paiyun Hotel and it exceeded my expectations! The facilities were complete and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom amenities were thoughtful. The butler service was absolutely perfect, with attentive arrangements from check-in to check-out. They proactively helped with luggage, recommended routes, and even thoughtfully prepared warm tea and snacks. Butler Weiwei was especially warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. Although it was only one night, the beautiful scenery and excellent service have left a lasting impression. I will definitely be back to stay here on my next trip to Huangshan! Highly recommend!

The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍 My child had a great time! 🥳 Food delivery is brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. It would be even better if the scent in the hallway was a bit milder.

The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, the hot water is sufficient, and the sound insulation effect is also very good. The breakfast is rich in variety, tastes diverse, clean and hygienic. The cleaning service is timely and intimate, the overall price is very high, the stay experience is full, and I will choose this one next time!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right across from Huangshan North Station and next to the Huangshan Tourist Transportation Center, making it incredibly convenient for reaching all the attractions. There's a breakfast restaurant on the second floor and a good restaurant on the first floor serving delicious Huizhou cuisine.

I've been to Hefei many times, and I always heard people recommend staying here. This time, I finally got to arrange a stay for Jolin Tsai's concert! I wouldn't say it's the best on Pedestrian Street, but I'd definitely say it's the best value for money! 👍 The environment is very well-designed, and the room is spacious. The important thing is that it's a smart home system throughout, which is really hassle-free! The TV is actually a projector, with such a huge screen! It felt great watching movies. 👍 The breakfast was pretty good too; my kid loved it and said they want to stay here again next time! 👍 Oh, and there was a little surprise: you can get a bunch of useful small items in the room for free.
